Activemenu's delivered right on time and the delivery driver was very courteous made sure he handed me my food told me thank you and have a good night first class service I will be using them

I'm from LA and I will say that this place has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I don't know if it was because I didn't mesh well with the crowd or because I don't fit the bartenders standards, but every time I went into this place, no one seem to respond to me in a cordial fashion except Treasure, Hanna, and Jessica. Every time i saw Farrah, she was Always welcoming to me as well. I have definitely dealt with more cultures in LA but this particular location doesn't respond well to customers who are newcomers to their location. In fact, I saw more of a very redneck type of bar whose patrons don't do well if they don't know you. I had one bartender, kelly, during majority of her shift that didn't want to serve or deal with me due to her interactions with all her redneck friends at the bar. Even when her shift changed over she didn't ask me if I wanted to close out. I found out from the next bartender, xhennetta( pronounced Jeanneta) , who didn't know how to make a lemon drop at the time, that my tab had been changed over to her. I guess since they were friends, they would share the tips. Then some customer of theirs that I've never dealt with or seen before decided to chime in on a conversation that had nothing to do with him. I almost got into a fight with him. Now I'm not saying this place is racist but their interactions with black people isn't the best and I'm a white guy. Btw, if you are a person who likes a variety of music, don't play from the touch Tunes. The touch tunes selection has filtered out alot of modern day music as well as very popular top 40 music that you can find anywhere else. In fact, if you go to locals bar Bryans Park formerly Sonny's and/or Kickback Jack's up the street from here, you will find that you can play any and every artist you would like to hear from touch Tunes. I went back to this place after my incident day with one of their patrons and apparently i have been told that I can't come back anymore. Now the problem with this is that, I spoke with the manager on duty at the time , Frank, who never said anything about me not being able to come back. So, after having to drinks and being server by Aaliyah with open arms another day, this manager Greg comes to me to tell me that I can't come in anymore. So when I acts for facts, he couldn't tell me anything but it doesn't matter what I think or my thoughts were. So I threatened to sue knowing seeing and going to do anything. So, here I am, instead giving the Best possible review that someone should have and use to their greatest advantage. So Thank You Hooters for giving the chance to never show up again! Stay Blessed. STAY FLAGRANT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

Hooters is still a decent place to sit and watch a sporting event on TV and have some snacks and beer. Decent wings, cold beer, higher than expected prices. Service is generally okay, nothing special, frequently slow (but that may be the kitchen.) Good variety of wing sauces and rubs, although I am convinced they have cooled the sauces down quite a bit over the years.My daughter likes the buffalo shrimp, they are dependably good. The pretzel appetizer is usually okay, but sometimes seems to be on the stale side. Not my favorite place to eat but if you just gotta have hot wings, there are few places left that can deliver the heat.

I've been here a couple of times recently and both experiences were just OK. The menu advertised a $9.99 Burger special on Tuesdays. Nowhere did it say it was for the build your own burger only, so I ordered the Western, cooked medium. It came out well done, but at least there was a decent amount of curly fries. When the bill came and I was charged the full price of $14.50 I questioned it and got an uncertain reply of "I think that's only for the BYOB". I didn't feel like getting into an argument and getting a manager involved so I let it go, but was not happy. I would have gotten something else if there wasn't a special going on. She probably just didn't want to redo the checks, as she got them all mixed up the first time she dropped them off. 3 out of 5 stars.

Had lunch yesterday because I just wanted some good ole Hooters hot wings! Well, I was once again extremely disappointed. The wings are just f'd up! I ordered 10, 5 of them were just nasty and unedible and the sauce, well...it wasn't the nice orange hot sauce, it was lite puke brown and just didn't have the sweet kick it used to. I didn't complain at the time because the new waitress, Haley was amazing and very attentive and I was not in the mood to be a btch! She didn't cook the wings, and who ever did should be fired! Who the hell allows that kind of mangled disgusting kind of food come out of a kitchen! Watch out Hooters, you need to step it up, I'll be going anywhere else for wings and no not bdubs because they suck too! Make it right or I see this place closing soon too!

Went here Saturday night with a friend I hadn't seen in years. I dont think I had been to Hooters in 15 years. The wings, fries, beer and desert were all better then expected. Amber was our waitress and she kept it fun and food on the table.Will definitely be going back!
