Disorganized staff. Too many doing too many different things. SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SERVICE! Seated straight away, but after almost 10 minutes, had to ask for a waitress. Order arrived and was incorrect. More waiting. Food was acceptable. Orange juice was icy cold ?, coffee was warm, sourdough toast was good. Everything else was average. Arrived before noon and about 6 patrons inside, so they were not packed with customers.

Unable to give a full review since we sat at the booth for 15 minutes without acknowledgement from any server. I counted at least 3 waitresses that were standing around, talking to one another and scrolling on their phones.

This location is great compared to other IHOP locations. Their breakfast is on point, service is great (Thank you, Christina! You are the best!), and the restaurant always seems clean.Definitely recommend this location for breakfast! Worth the visit!Vegetarian options: There are some vegan options but people don't come to IHOP for vegan food! That comfort is great though!Kid-friendliness: It's IHOP; high chairs and kid menus are available.Wheelchair accessibility: You can wheel right in and out. There's even a handicap urinal is you feel need to go.

Unable to rate the Food, Service & the Atmosphere due sitting for over 10 mins. & was never waited on. We were seated almost immediately after walking in. No one ever came to take our drink order. As we were sitting, a table behind us had their brought out, but we were never acknowledged. We got up & walked out & went elsewhere. And the restaurant didn't appear to be very busy (the time was approx. 11:00am). Probably won't be going to that IHOP.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food tasted. We had The new Chicken sandwich meal. Very tasty. Only complaint was the Biscuit was too soft so hard to eat as a sandwich.Biscuit & Gravy was another hit. I had an made to order Omelette with Chicken, Spinach, bacon Tomatoes and cheese cooked to perfection. It was full of flavor.The cherry on top of it all was the service from our Waiter Brian. He encompasses all I envision of excellent service. He was personable, funny & very attentive to all our needs. He is light and full of joy. I felt happier after having talked with him. Prior to him I didn't feel welcomed. No greeting upon arrival (she was busy so I gave her grace). The Manager checked on us as well.Overall great experience. I recommend.
