The burgers are about $13, and it was like.. the size of a value menu burger from McDonalds.. fries not included. My coworkers and I finished ours in four bites.And mistakes happen, but this was after our orders came out wrong. I dont really care about that so much as the ridiculously small portions.

Dang. If you only had a few choices in life to eat.. it needs to be here! Burgers are cooked to perfection with many options to dress it up. Great fries as well. Went at lunch on a weekday and it was packed.. I can imagine it fills up fast at night. Been in Richmond 7 years. Top Burgers, hands down.If you’re in town, eat here.

I love the sauce they serve with the fries, and that you can get a spear pickle on the side with your burger order.If you're going for trivia night, just note that you likely want to request a table, and arrive at least 30 minutes early (starts at 9PM)

Had the Shocker. Was warned about the Hobanieros and they were offered on the side. Took the plunge and had them on the burger with Jalapeños. Great burgers and fries.
The burgers are really great! They don't feel grainy like typical burgers. It's a small place so don't be surprised if there are no seats/tables during busy times. (In those cases, I make an order to-go.)

Best burgers and fries EVER! My BF and I order the Classic Jack. The JB sauce is everything! Food is always hot and fresh and EVERY staff member is extra courteous and attentive. You may wait a while for seating and the restaurant is small and crowded, but it’s worth it!Wheelchair accessibility: Too small and cramped but offers outdoor seating when weather permits
