This is the second time that I've been to this location and they have been out of crispy chicken and only had original it is 5:00 dinner service and no other cars in the Drive-Thru or parking lot not quite sure why products are never available at this location had to go somewhere else to get dinner service was friendly though

not only did the lobby close 15 minutes early, we had to go through the drive-thru. then for us to not get half of our food. upset and disappointed. won't come back to this location despite yummy chicken that I had to get from my friend

To whom it may concern my husband bought a 12 piece bucket of chicken for 30 dollars. Guess how many pieces of chicken were in the bucket??? 10!!! I would have to calm down to get to furious at this point. We are owed either money back or 2 free pieces of chicken. I am one of the topb10 google reviewers so it is in your best interest to make it right.
