I'm glad I bought my own ketchup, salt, and napkins as the Asian lady that dropped off locator 22, order number 900, never slowed to ask. I watched the speed of service, super fast. very disrespectful , provided terrible customer service along with not being helpful. I barely speak English and I needed help but they seemed very unhelpful and disrespectful pretty sure the employee was Mekhi

The other day I came in and ordered a quarter pounder meal with cheese. Replace the onion with sliver onions. The girl didn't know what I was talking about. Then I got my meal . The fries were hot which caught me off guard. Then I opened the burger the meat was so cold I wouldn't have feed it to my dog. I was already back on the highway and pissed . I tried to call and they hung up on me. Twice. Don't got here unless you wasn't cold burgers.

The manager of this place has no idea what food quality is.I had to come up to the counter 3-4 times because the old woman didn’t know what extra caramel drizzle was. She made my coffee with extra syrup which isn’t the same. All she could do was roll her eyes at me and act like IM the problem.I should’ve asked someone else to make it, because something tells me she drinks her coffee black.. like her heart and soul.I just wanted good coffee for once ?

Came through drive through later at night. Food was ordered special but was not served the way ordered! Hamburgers and fries were obviously old, and stale. Fries were also undercooked. The only good thing was the milkshake drink my Grandson said was good. Very disappointing visit!!

Typical McDonald's, nothing wrong with the location. Service was quick. I'm just amazed a medium mcrib meal is $10.77 now. Also, don't get a mcrib. You'll be disappointed. I do this to myself every year when it comes back. I guess I keep hoping it will once again taste like it did in the early 2000's
