We go to Olive garden often ( Gainesville, Fl) My wife orders never ending salad & Breadsticks. I order Chicken & Shrimp carbonora which comes with salad. We were charged $8.39 extra for a salad and was explained to us because we had shared, the bread sticks came out almost 10 minutes after. It would have been nice if this was explained first, we also asked for a slice of lemon in our water which we never received. Looking forward to the great service in Gainesville FL, because VA was a disappointment

I don’t like the salad or food because it’s not my cup of tea. However, I really enjoy going here. I get appetizers and the breadsticks are delicious. I also appreciate that they serve Dr. Pepper. We’ve always had very good service.

Our section became busy and possibly overwhelming for our server who was polite, however. This caused the service to be extremely slow (getting our food, refills, removal of plates, etc.). The food was average.

My chicken picatta was so greasy that it just clumped together. I only ate about 3 bites. My grandson ordered spaghetti with meatsause and Italian sausage. Noodles were watery, and sausage was overcooked and distasteful. That will sadly be my last visit to Midlothian location.

This place has been a struggle bus lately.The past two visits I did not even make it to the dining phase. During one visit, we were seated but never greeted by a waiter for over 5 minutes so we simply left and went down the street to Pepe's where we not only were greeted within seconds but had our drink and chips/salsa within 60 seconds. There were very few people dining at this time as well. Probably just one waiter for all of them though. However, I don't have time for slow service when there are simply too many good full-service options nearby.During another visit, there was an absolutely vile smell in the lobby emanating from the bathroom and there was a short wait so we left.
