From the time we walked in and were greeted by Sidney, we could tell this was going to be special. Haleigh was our server. She helped us with our selections and kept the food coming. The desert was chocolate lasagna. A must place to eat if you're in Short Pump.Parking: There is plenty of parking available

This review might come across as ridiculous for an Italian restaurant, but as a diabetic it was nearly impossible to find a "low-carb" meal (from the menu) here to enjoy with my family.Clean restrooms, friendly, professional staff, and a decent selection of tasty entries. I enjoyed the spaghetti & meatballs. It's always a positive dining experience at OG.

The waiter Jay was wonderful anf very respectful, but keeping a group of 25 people wait for 2 hours while everyone one else was served was really disrespectful. I know that you wouldn't care about our review, but this is very unprofessional. Anyway, it's worth letting other people know that you'll not be served on time if you're a group and this is how it is unfortunately.

Made group reservation to sit at 5:30. They didn’t sit us till 6:45. Food orders weren’t taken till 7:30. Didn’t leave till after 9 as we waiting over 20mins for the check.You never should have said you could take us if you clearly couldn’t. Bar drinks we just served ourselves as they sat in your service bar for so long. Unlimited breadsticks ? Really? We didn’t even get them till 1/2 through meal despite asking for them a couple times.Polite, yes you all were polite and nice but seriously you have no idea what you took from us by making us stay there for over 3 1/2 hours.We tried to be patient, we tried to even help clean the tables throughout the meal cause people were not clearly empty plates, we tried.I am really not sure what else we could have don’t differently. Should we have called to confirm the day of that all was going to be ok, oh wait we did that. Should we have offered to have checks just separated by table oh we did that. Should we have gone to bar and order and pay there so said server didn’t have to do drink service, yup did that too.Still you managed to not care enough to help us get out of there.Thanks for a memorable experience that ruined what was supposed to be a night out and making it just a sub par meal.
