I know lots of people like Papa John's Pizza and personally I just do not like the way Papa John's Pizza taste I'm sure lots of people out there do and that's fine but personally I just don't like the thick pizzas that they make I don't like the cheeses that they use and I just don't like to talk I hate to cut anybody down anybody that loves it that's great that's fantastic there's a million people out there that love it that's fantastic but somebody brought one to my house and gave it to me and I wasn't happy with the way it tasted that's just my opinion I'm sorry if it upsets people but that's all I can say about it

Ordered a pizza for delivery several hours before the delivery time, which was set for 5:30pm. By 6 I hadn’t gotten anything or any updates, so I tried calling—every time I tried to call, it would ring and then disconnect. The pizza never came and I could never get through to the store. Just hoping I can get my money back at this point.

ordered from here quite a few times since it's a 3 minute WALK from my house, never had any issues. except recently.the website hasn't been letting me enter a delivery address and only gives me carry out options. i usually just ignored this and ordered delivery from pizza hut because i'm a teenage girl and am not gonna walk out there at 10pm.well pizza hut is closed and my mom wanted pizza so i asked her boyfriend if he could pick it up.we place the order and wait a while, he goes to pick it up, and they tell him that they never received an order from us when both me and my mom got a confirmation email. of course we got pissed but decided to drop it and order one there. my mom and i just got a text message saying that our order is out for delivery but how is that possible when we never put a delivery address?just wasted an hour of my time and i still don't know if i'll be getting that pizza or not. horrible.

3rd time we've ordered from here and either did not receive our food or received the wrong order. It's always an excuse....new driver or some other poor excuse. Save yourself the 1-2 hour long wait with wrong food. Horrible location ?

I ordered a pizza and wings. Wings were good, they messed my pizza up. I asked for pepperoni and they put onions. 48 dollars for some good wings and an incorrect pizza. They wonder why no one tips. (I left a 10 dollar tip)

We ordered the New York style pizza. It was terrible. Soggy, flavorless, not enough sauce or cheese. Worst pizza ever. Shamed the New York style pizza. Stop making.

We ordered a Papa John's NY style pizza. We don't order out often as we live on a fixed income and this is the most expensive pizza on the menu but it is usually worth the money. We found hairs baked in the cheese in several areas. Disgusting. We will not be ordering any further food from Papa Johns. I will post about this on all of my social media sites. This was a disgusting experience. The food came fast and the driver was very cordial but this is totally unacceptable. Huge FAIL Papa Johns.

Steer clear of delivery from this store. It’s a shame that this one delivers to the north providence area. It will be late, it will be lukewarm at best, and don’t DARE order a gluten free from this location. You will be enjoying a room temperature soggy piece of cardboard if so.

Too slow. Lame excuses. Shut this store down. You could go to grocery store, get a pizza, cook it yourself, eat it, before your delivery arrives. Took 2 hours for delivery, 2 hours. Arrived cold. ??
No no no. Don't order delivery from this location. They were 45 minutes late, never called us to even ask where our house was (we live on the same road) and then when they finally got to us the delivery driver was holding the pizza upside down! At that point it was an hour late and blamed us for not finding our house. Not to mention the driver asked us for gas money because they couldn't find our house. We over tipped on this delivery order as well.

Saturday November 19th, 2022 at 7:19pm the manager of papa john pizza who wouldn't give me his name, or the owners name. Located at 10054 robious rd Richmond VA 23235 told me FU#@ YOU. I just want to know why the last six time i order the same exact thing it was one price. But if you ask for the special.....(the same exact order), but use the word special you get a five dollar discount per pizza.... I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PAPPA JOHN'S PIZZA AGAIN! I would hope someone would reply to this review! But we shall see. Mybe they can explain why there MANGAGER TOLD ME (FU#@ YOU)! I'm very distraught. I think I need to see a therapist Because of papa John's pizza!!!!SO I CALLED PAPPA JOHN'S PIZZA BACK AND THE OTHER MANGAGER TOLD ME THAT MATT SANDERS OWNES THAT LOCATION. ALTHOUGH HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANY CONTACT INFO FOR MAT! HOWEVER HE TOLD ME THE OTHER MANGAGERS NAME THAT CURSED AT A VALUED CUSTOMER WAS (THOMAS LOVING)! I feel he should be FIRED!

After 45 minutes of putting in an order, I call to check on because it was already 25 minutes behind. They say it needs 20 minutes or more, meaning the order was not placed. I was staying only 0.5 miles away from that branch meaning it takes 3 minutes to deliver. I asked to cancel and they happily welcomed my decision. No effort to make it right. Corporate America, train your staff, pay your staff, or hire better staff. Get out of your Covid posture. No more Papa Johns for me.

Save yourself the aggravation and order from someone else. If I could rate a zero star I would.I should have read the warning from others vefore. This place has a 2.9 and it showsCustomer service is terrible and you wait forever on food that is cold and not appetizing. I felt like sending it back for a refund. Definitely not worth 19 bucks for a crazy pizza.
