I had a 12.00 appointment in Two Paragon. By the time I finished, I was famished. Thankfully, Two Paragon has a small but very pleasant café on the ground floor. I went in, expecting to find the usual options of chips and commissary-prepared sandwiches, but was pleasantly surprised to find a rather extensive menu of made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, burgers, omelettes, etc. Because I was short on cash, I ordered a Grilled Cheese Sandwich and French Fries. Water to drink. I poured my own water and sat at a 4-top. While waiting for my food I picked up a Southern Living magazine. Other reading options were several other monthlies such as BH&G, and a few current newspapers. I read for a few minutes and returned to the counter to collect and pay for my food. Piping hot, in a disposable plastic plate. Plastic flatware, also. The Fries were bountiful, shoestring, and delicious. The GCS was one of the best I've had in recent history. I noticed that the cook, before grilling, slathered each piece of bread with a butterish-looking liquid; that appears to be what made the sandwich stand out from others. The two people I interacted with, wife and husband, I'm guessing, were very pleasant and accommodating. I'll be returning to Two Paragon in March, and I'll make a point of lunching at the Paragon Café again.

Its within my office park and I can walk there. The salad bar is good and they have daily specials. This place has been around for 20 years/ clean and big and usually has a tv on sports - wraps and sandwiches are good too. Nothing fancy but its good.

Owners are very friendly, courteous and soft spoken. Quick service. Breakfast and Lunch available. Menu options is limited. Food quality is great, fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend it. I am a regular customer there and see lots of people visiting regularly too. Dining area is very nice, seating options both indoor and outdoor.
