I paid about 16$ for a bowl of food I didn’t want to eat. I asked for extra noodles, they mistakenly gave the extra noodles to my friend who didn’t want them. Also they messed up my order, not giving me the pho that I ordered and also destroying my order by loading my food with tripe. I hate tripe. It’s like the worst thing they could’ve added by mistake. At the end they tried to charge me for the extra noddles I didn’t receive. I will never be back.

Definitely will return! Atmosphere was fine for a late lunch on a rainy day. Owner/ cook was pleasant and smiled. Other staff was less communicative. Best part was the pho! Spring rolls were ok.

Food was good, really enjoyed the pork and rice I got, quite delicious. Pho is pretty good for the price. Their sea salt coffee really stole the show for me, truly delicious and one of my favorite treats in the

When we stepped inside, they bombarded us with six cups of ice water, which felt like an arctic blast given how freezing it was outside. The waiter suggested switching to tea, so we agreed, only to be handed individual tea bags instead of the usual brewed tea. Shockingly, when we inquired about the price, they slapped us with a $2 charge, conveniently omitted from the menu. Our order of a rare steak and tendon noodle bowl arrived with overcooked steak resembling charcoal and tendons that seemed like they were scraped off a rusty old bike. To add insult to injury, the Vietnamese egg rolls (cha gio) were served sans lettuce, and when we dared to question it, they had the audacity to demand extra money for lettuce! This whole ordeal feels like a twisted scam, making it undoubtedly the most atrocious Vietnamese restaurant scam in the entire USA.

Best Pho in Richmond. Clear broth. Not too salty just right. Service could be better but I’m here for the food so it doesn’t matter to

Ordered pho for the first time and it was bland. The garnish was bean sprouts basil cilantro and the world's tiniest slice of lime like they were extinct. No sauce at all. No brown no red. I got extra beef and my wife did not and yet we got the same about of beef each. I won't be going back. I just felt ripped off. Sad too because I love Asian food and we order out twice a week and are loyal. I will say the shrimp spring rolls were not bad however no better than the ones I can get at Tan A market. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Delicious find! We could smell the broth from outside and came in to check it out. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We shared a spring roll appetizer and the peanut sauce was very tasty and flavorful. We had a number 3 pho with meatballs and number 12 pho with rare steak and brisket. For drinks, we orderes the mango green tea and pineapple green tea; the pineapple had crushed pineapple in it. We would highly recommend checking this place out!

So I originally was headed to try a different Pho spot but they were closed and boy am I glad they were! My cousin introduced me to Pho and I been wanting to find some really good Pho ? ?! This spot did not disappoint the staff are friendly and attentive and they don’t keep you waiting long! The environment was CLEAN! That alone was my favorite part but the pho was really good as well nice hearty broth came out steamy and quick! Definitely 10 out of 10 recommend don’t walk run and go get you some pho!

I come in here often to usually eat and I usually leave a $10 tip for them because the service is pretty nice and the food is as well. I used to be a server so I understand that tips are very important and useful for the business and the staff. I came in here today for dinner by myself to enjoy pho tai n spring rolls. During my time there it was pretty good at the beginning but the guy there that was bussing tables made my experience pretty unwelcoming towards the end. I wanted more water during my meal and he was bluntly ignoring me but filling up other people glasses of water instead of mine. It took me 5 tries to actually get his attention even though he was filling up other people water. It made me feel very unwelcome n frustrated to see. I’m not sure if it was because I was depositing TIP money from an app on my phone to my card n it was giving me difficulties in the beginning. He was beside me while I was doing it so he probably saw but it’s very rude to assume that I did not have any funds to begin with because I would’ve never took myself out to begin with. Not sure if he thought I wasn’t going to but it definitely showed. I didn’t leave a tip at all because of the service. The food was ok, my spring rolls still had shells on the shrimp which wasn’t very tasteful. I’ll probably never go back here again.

Great broth/soup, fresh sprouts, pepper, and herbs, tender steak! Travels really well!!If u are new to pho, don't be intimidated...1. take the herbs and jalapenos and tear/break them up with your hands and throw in bowl.2. Peel thin sliced pile of meat/protien apart and try to spread all over the sides of bowl(keep pieces as separated as possible).3. Re-Heat broth/soup to BOIL(very important)!4. Pour into bowl and watch the hot broth almost instantly cook the meat/protein.5 wait a couple and then enjoy!!!!

An absolute gem! Pho and vermicelli are delicious. A vast tea menu with lots of mix-in options. They easily accommodated a protein change since I don’t eat pork. Portions sizes are excellent. Prices are as expected. Service is wonderful. Employees are attentive, friendly, and prompt. Restaurant is cozy and quaint. Fresh flowers and cacti complement the decor. There are a few seats outside too. My new go-to Vietnamese spot in RVA.

OH! MY! GOODNESS!!! We just happened to find this little slice of Pho deliciousness and SO GLAD we decided to have dinner. Each item we ordered had ALL THE FLAVORS! We had a pho dish and a rice fish, fried wontons and boba teas. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT as well! Our dinner filled our bellies and warmed our souls. THANK YOU
