Obviously I like the food or I wouldn't have got in line at the drive-thru... but when you order & pay for a shrimp tackle box you expect a few more than 4 shrimp! I called to see if I can pick up another one the next time I'm on that side of town later this evening... & of course no one answered the phone. Couple that with the fact that I had to wait 15 min for a fish sandwich the day before... that takes the 4 rating for the food right down to a 1 because of poor service and not getting what I paid for. Keep the shrimp! I'll definitely find somewhere else to go.

Never again will i order from any popeyes , the food was stale from sitting and the customer service is ridiculous. Trashy little ghetto chicks and dudes from around the corner . Wish i could post a picture of the chicken missing its skin ....38 dollars of highway robbery !

If this is the Popeyes at laburnum and Mechanicsville pike, then service is 4 stars. If it's the one on laburnum and gay rd across from white oak plaza, there should be one to no stars. Popeyes Mechanicsville pike were nice, the other one is rude and management is even more rude than employees.

They had a bad attitude since I arrived when I asked for the order, I was waiting for 48 minutes for them to give me my order, they had lost the ticket twice and they would not give me my order.

TRASH. From Employees to Management. TRASHY STAFF AND NASTY ATTITUDES. It doesnt hurt to look somebody in the eye and say hello. You applied to work here not me. So flip the chicken with a smile and be happy to be employed!

$30 for a smashed chicken sandwich and 11 fries, also a shrimp meal with 5 shrimp and breading nuggets oh, also burnt mac and cheese. No unsweetened tea. 2 ingredients, smh. If you decide to go check everything before you leave. The first sign we should have left was no unsweetened tea, water, and a tea bag. Oh, and we were the only people in line.

I'm a delivery driver in my off time. With that being said, time is money for a driver. Waiting 20 to 30 minutes for an order that was placed 20 minutes before doesn't add up.
