I’m a vegetarian and I do not like chain restaurants I went there for a friend's birthday selection. I offered to take her to Applebee’s or Olive Garden instead. I don’t like the atmosphere there because it smells like dead fish and just because I’m a vegetarian does not mean I do not go to steakhouses and eat salads This place seems to be the bottom of the barrel to me. I know people do like it, however I am not one of these people. That’s why I’m always going to give a red lobster a bad review it’s not their fault they have good service and great diet Coke.Vegetarian options: An iceberg salad

Saturday evening dinner for the family....attempted a couple other restaurants that all had over hour waits ...called red lobster and they had immediate availability.......our waitress (Shelly) was great but obviously stretched thin between tables. Actually watch another table have to walk to hostess table to retrieve their own silverware. Family was not impressed....my salmon bowl was not good ..and the skin was left on. #Slimy

Tried the ultimate feast. Walt’s favorite shrimp, Caesar salad, biscuits were delicious. Crab legs were good too. Lobster was chewy but it was okay. Linguini was okay but it used to have thick creamy sauce and it seems like the recipe changed. I would still come back but probably stick to my original the seaside trio. Waitress was attentive and kind. Lady up front did not speak just sat us down. Overall still enjoy their food.

Hey Smarties! It’s TSMFOTP back with another honest review! We actually love this particular location. The food is always good although the service could be 100% times better! If you have not tried the Unlimited /Endless Shrimp or Crab legs it’s our go to. I’m only getting this until they no longer have the deal but they should definitely keep this on the menu. Also. Order the Sunrise Or Sunset Drink. It’s non alcoholic so appropriate for all.! It taste like ice cream it’s amazing.!

Giving this 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was decent (the cheddar bay biscuits never disappoint) - everything else was rough.I want to start by saying we had a party of 16, which I realize is a large party, but we made a reservation and the rest of the restaurant was MAYBE half full. We got there at 7 and were sat, but the service was so slow. We didn’t get our drinks until like 7:30 and our order wasn’t taken until 7:50. Other tables around us were also not getting good service because this one girl had all these tables. I didn’t understand why other servers were just standing around watching.We ended up getting our food around 8:20, so almost an hour and a half after being seated. Two members in our party didn’t get their meal. We watched the server go back to the kitchen, run out and put something into the POS kiosk, go back to the kitchen, and then come back to us and tell us “one more entree is finishing up and will be right out” — that didn’t come until 8:37.Just overall disappointing and felt like it could have been avoided if the other staff that was just standing around had helped out our waitress.

Got there at 5pm for family birthday- party of 4. Seated right away. Waiter showed up pretty quick and took drink orders. Waited 10 minutes to get 2 sweet teas and 2 glasses water. Waiter said no sweet tea but brought packs sweetener BUT no spoons. Was told biscuits ready in couple minutes. We saw Waiter bring biscuits twice to othet customers that had been there before us. 15 minutes later, brought salad (1), still no spoons or biscuits. 19 minutes later brought food, except for 1 order, still no butter or spoons. Missing order arrived in couple minutes. We asked for tea refills, spoons, butter. 12 minutes later brought butter spoons, we had used all sweetener on first order of tea, so no sweetener, but we had spoons. Don't know if problems were with Waiter, kitchen, or something else. Didn't have any contact with Waiter for rest of meal (43) minutes. Finally, Waiter check if we need anything else. We needed to-go boxes and bill. 10 minutes later got that. Food was great, service sucked. Waiter was polite but acted like he might have been kinda new, don't really know. We will not be going back. You can take this review any way you want. Oh, from the light over the table, the whole time we were eating, dust was floating down onto table food, drinks .

So this red lobster needs a makeover. The carpet needs to be pulled, the lights are super dim. Everything looks very old and faded. I did not appreciate the cleaning products being out on the floor while people are eating it just was not a good look. the service was slow. Our waitress was all over the place she could not multitask. I can’t even really give you a review on the Food, because she took forever to bring me a fork to the point. My food got cold, and I did not eat it. My mom fries looked as dry as Arizona, I did not see her enjoy her meal . She had the endless shrimp. She only got one plate of the endless shrimp. The service sucks. The workers needs to be better groomed. Their appearance needs to be better. Everything just look dirty and dusty. This place just needs to be shut down and it needs a good facelift . Even the lobsters in the tank look like they were over it. Shout out to the manager for taking care of us but besides that yeah I’m not coming back.
