Placed an order, girl left off part of the order, and didn't offer to fix it. Acted pissed because I asked where the rest of my food was. She did however bring out the sauce, that went with my order, that they didn't "hear" me place. Would not recommend this restaurant, due to their customer service.

Did Uber eats so I paid extra fees, delivery, and tip for the driver. I ordered a double burger combo without cheese and with 3pks of bbq sauce. Burger was covered in cheese even though on the bag they gave me, the receipt said no cheese as well as on the app order notes. So I had to leave my house and go down to sonic to get a new order which means I paid for Uber eats for nothing. The manager wasn’t rude or too difficult about getting a new order made but i was very displeased with the overall experience.

I did not eat inside, but the drive through service was amazing.
I ordered a hotdog with mustard onions and relish and tater tot’s with chili and cheese. After taking 20 minutes they gave me two hotdogs one with what I asked for the other with chili and cheese lol. After I explained my order I was given tater tots. Maybe they are short staffed but messing up a basic order is so cringing especially when you’re hungry.

I like Sonic. It kinda reminds me of the old-fashioned drive-ins, that was famous in the 1950s and 1960s.Parking: They need a bigger parking lot. If they did, they could host events like cruise nights with people driving in with their old cars.Kid-friendliness: Most of the menu is kid friendly.My only thing is, do they have gluten-free options?Wheelchair accessibility: Well, as far as wheel chair accessibility, the associates that work there bring your food to you.The restrooms, I believe, are up-to-date as far as the Americans with Disability Act (ADA)
