This is a licensed location, so a bit smaller than your typical Starbucks cafe. The location is improving very much and customer service is great!

This is a great Starbucks to visit if you work at the hospital or have to visit a family member or friend. The staff is nice and friendly! If you want some pretty latte art ask for Asia, she’s great!! The staff is welcoming and willing to help with any questions you have even if your drink is difficult!

The staff was friendly while making my order wrong. I ordered a tomato and mozzarella panini but got something totally different. The staff informed me that even if I order tomato and mozzarella it still has meat on it. I order every week outside of the hospital from other Starbucks. Maybe they need to lesrn the menu.

Closed early again on the weekend.. no sign nothing. These kids must not want jobs

This is the only location that I know of that always closes early, opens late, closes on truly ODD days/times/reasons. It's embarrassing our patient's family members and professionals have to see this. They have been out of "cold brew" for at least 3-4 weeks now although it's a staff favorite. From what we're told, "someone just has to order it". Despite no cold brew, they continue to advertise it on their stand outside the door. They also do NOT honor points for star members' redemption , double points or any other such offers (ex. BOGO). The staff isn't as friendly, motivated or upbeat like other locations, but I haven't personally had any issues with them. I feel like I'm a slave to them for the caffeine, but I've actually started turning to Monster's from the cafeteria because of the inconsistency. Today, I will go to another location to get my free birthday drink.

Paid for 2 frappes and some food. They “forgot†to make one of the coffees and then argued with me when I asked for a refund. I did get my refund in the end. But this Starbucks is in a hospital so I am shocked by the poor service.

First of all these girls are lazy! I have been a gold cardember at Starbucks for 8 years and I have never been told I could get a drink because they are cleaning the machines? If you can't serve anyone why stay open? That is the most absurd thing I've ever heard! Starbucks needs to figure this out. You have 4 women standing in a store doing absolutely nothing get someone in there who wants to serve the customers!

Three girls working, all very dismissive and rude. Refused to smile, look at us in acknowledgment of our presence nor did they stop talking to each other or to the two gentlemen who were flirting with them; even while taking our order. We just started placing it and the girl at the register asked if we wanted anything else, in the middle of placing the first drink order. They didn't start acting appropriately until hospital staff came in to place orders.

Great coffee friendly staff. You can always count on a consistently good drink or snack. Great place to meet friends or to study(bring headphones) free high speed wifi
