Great customer service and very clean. The employee that served me, his name was Ryan and he was a sweetheart to me the whole time. He helped me decide what new sub to try because I did not know what to get. He picked the Monster and it was a great choice.

I STOPPED in to Buy 4 foot long Sub & only Got two 6 inches! Because It was a light skin Girl that fixed our food But she was ON THE PHONE the whole time she was fixing our food! She has No custom service and wasn't polite. She needs to be trained before working with food and the public.!

I just left this subway 10/21 /2023 at 7:00 pmthe cute little short chick was super cute very nice and tbh the steak and cheese sub was the best I’ve ever had to date i forgot her name but she needs to be told she is the best employee subway has ever had and she makes sure you get your moneys worth and like I said she is super sweet such a sweetheart and extremely beautiful I’m gonna get her name and call this subway and tell them how amazing she is I give this a 10/5 stars

i ordered two sandwiches from here. they didnt put the sandwiches on the pickup rack so we had to wait in line. they messed up my sandwich and added bacon and vinegar. i have an eating disorder that prevents me from eating most things and had to throw out my sandwich because they cant read simple instructions.

Every time I go to this subway, I wait at least 20 minutes for my sandwich to be made because of the lack of training at this location. They go through employees like nobody's business because the management is sooooo poor. I've never had a good experience here and I won't be coming back ever. Don't waste your time here and go to a different location.
Honestly one of the best subs I've gotten from a subway. I think the bread had a little extra seasoning which was something new. Never actually tasted the seasoning on there bread before. Was a good thing. Surprisingly good when I was expecting...you know... Regular subway.

I was just there yesterday May 17th and ordered two sandwiches. A 12 inch steak and cheese. No issues there. I also ordered a 12 inch Turkey with Provolone, spinach, green peppers, cucumbers, mayo, honey mustard and yellow mustard. Drove home less then 2in away and refrigerated the cold sandwich. I just ate it today at 12 Noon and was instantly sick, like never before. I called the Subway, spoke to a woman and told her my order, let her know I don't want a refund just wanted them to check the ingredients. Maybe the mayo or spinach was bad. BUT instead of showing any concern, she immediately said "our food is fresh!" And ofcourse im now more upset and sick because they don't care. Be Warned, something ain't right and they have had tons of workers and management over the years. I will let whoever owns the place know what happened before anyone gets sicl!

I rarely post about food places but I feel like my friends/family need to know. I purchased a sandwich from Subway on Mechanicsville in the Foodlion shopping center and it made me sick almost instantly. I called the store at 804-762-0813 and told them my exact order, the time i was there and that I was not looking for a refund. Her response, "Nope not us, our food is fresh!". And here I am telling you it mad me instantly sick, not a few days later but right after and thats your response!? Be warned this is not over, the owners will know and I'll never eat here again
