I've never had a bad experience from this place but i have my grievances. I order online and every time its not on the take out rack. they make sandwiches without care big globs of sauce here and there and not even along the sandwich. the customer service is minimal if not 0%

Pathetic ! Food was unbeatable, steak sub was not toasted and half of it had no meat . This place is a joke . Lazy employees , food is not fresh ! Very nasty ! Save your money and go somewhere else ! We ordered two subs and threw both away . Rating doesn’t deserve one star , but had to in order to post .

My friend did online order for us. We ordered 3 subs online for pick up, the worse ever! Turkey had two pieces of Turkey, Italian same way and chicken bacon ranch had a few pieces of chopped chicken. Called the store spoke with a young guy who said he was the manager then he said he wasn’t and put another girl on the phone she said they have no night manager,So for the money go to Jersey Mikes, would have been much better!Bread sub is all it was.

I've ordered from this location multiple times using the app. Not one time have they put the sub on to to-go rack so I didn't have to stand in line and ask for it.

Locked the door as im in the parking lot, employees wouldn't unlock the door even tho their hours state they are open. They close early

Ordered a specialty sub, and as always, I asked for it to be a WRAP instead. I have always ordered any sub there and had it made into a WRAP and was charged the price of that sub for the 6 inch price. Today, I was told that the WRAP I ordered was the same price as a footlong of this wrap, $14.99!! I was very confused as well as a couple of the workers, who thought indeed, something wasn't ringing up right on the register. Then another employee (not sure if she was a supervisor) stated that the prices have gone up lately and that this particular sub was the price of the footlong, which made zero sense to me and I was clearly still baffled. I remained calm about it, but expressed that I couldn't pay that much for a WRAP sandwich. The lady was pleasant and said she understood, but didn't go out of her way to fix this error and let me leave without the food. I felt she could have honored the 6 inch price, as that is what it had always been. Instead, they chose to receive ZERO dollars. But ....that is just how things are in general now.. No one really cares, they don't "own the place" type of mentality. There was a line behind me so I didn't press it much and just left empty handed leaving my WRAP on the counter. I went online using their same location as a pick up order and discovered that the prices for any wrap including the one I ordered was indeed the cost of a SIX inch sub, not a footlong.I feel like it was an honest mistake and the staff wasn't rude about it at all, but didn't try to fix the issue when this was clearly an error in pricing on their part.Not sure if I will go again to this location or not- but before this, no issues... but I do agree, based on past experiences that the owners are not friendly and seem very greedy. Staff has always been pleasant for the most part.

Got there at 10:30. No customers in there. I thought great! I beat the lunch crowd. Asked if they were doing the free sub promotion. Was told they were sold out of free subs. At 10:30. Promotion started at 10::00 - 12:00. Ok. I ordered two subs. Both on Italian bread. Italian sub was on white bread. Asked for sweet peppers and toasted. Got green peppers, not toasted. Where was the meat? Looked more like a flatbread. Meatball sub was skimpy. Asked for more sauce. The black lady was very pleasant. The Indian lady that waited on me had a bad attitude. Very short and impatient. I will continue to go to Wawa for my sub(s).

I go here for lunch during the week. This is a bustling Subway and I like that. There are always all sorts of people coming in for lunch. The ladies that work there are always very friendly and they keep the line moving fast. The quality of the subs is what you would typically expect from any Subway. The view out of the window while eating is always interesting b/c this is a busy shopping center.

Typical Subway, freshly made bread and all the stuff you can put on it you can imagine! Had trouble with the refrigeration that day, it's always something! Friendly people, I wish them well :-)
