I will not buy here again because I ordered a subway of prickly pear, they did not give me enough prickly pear, it seemed like just spreading the bread and paying so much money for nothing...I will not buy here again because asking for a tuna subway, they didn't give me enough tuna seemed they just spread the bread and I pay so much money for nothing...

Awesome subs mines was turkey with pepper jack cheese on Italian bread with bp. Lm, gp. vinegar, sp. Dab of oil ! My Husband Had An Club Subs punish them couldn't stand a chance for photos lol

Came through this location last month and just wanted to drop a quick review that both of the individuals, an older black lady (maybe her name was Mary?) and a younger tall black man, were very friendly and helpful. They took their time to make a neat sandwich and made it an easy experience for us.

Food was great, Deborah G. gave me and my family great service. Couldn't ask for a better employee then you all have in her. As we were eating saw her cleaning store making everything pleasent. Will be back as long as she is working for them. Thank you Deborah G.

They participate in the promotions. Many around Glen Allen Do not and the APP doesn't indicate it till you try to check out. That needs to be changed. I went through 3 attempts at different places til I hit one that participated. The app should list that up front. It wastes time !

THEY NEED MORE STAFF!!!!!!!!!You have one lady doing all the work with a big line. To top it off the inspector was there in the dinning area waiting for her to finish so he could talk to her. UMMM HELLO, call for more staff to come in !!

Worst experience I have ever had at an establishment. I placed a pick up order online. When I arrived I was told that they did not receive my order. I showed my email confirmation receipt confirming the correct date and location, I showed that my card was charged as well. They refused to make my sandwich or return my money because they said they “didn’t receive the order” he called someone (a gm I am assuming) who then told me to resubmit my order. Why would I place another order to be charged for the same sandwich twice! Their lack of competency was astounding. You would think that after providing the proof of purchase and payment that would realize that they had an issue on their end and would make my food. Instead they refused to do anything about it. To top it off there is no customer service number leaving me to submit an online inquiry as a “complaint” I had to contact my bank to reverse payment. Leaving me with an hour wasted and still no food. Thanks to this location I will never visit another subway.
