Very worst experience ever. The two women behind the counter were so rude they were complaining about me in front of me. Apparently they feel an order for four sandwiches is a catering order and should be placed in advanced online. They were completely put out by having to make four sandwiches and complained the whole time. Then I asked for an Italian and that really set them of complainung that I was ordering wrong. Instead of taking the time to explain subway has a hot Italian and a normal Italian which is not called an Italian but called a BTM. We will not be going back I am nervous about eating this food when they so mad about doing the tasks at their job.

I used to love coming here for lanora. Our leprechaun lady ran this store so well. A black lady with tattoos on her arms was literally so rude this morning. I hate this place now and will never come back. I work in the area alot and they have gone WAY down hill. I can't believe they let people like that work there. Good luck getting your food. She literally didn't want us ordering cuz she didn't want to make the food. I also had to pay twice because she was in such a rush she couldn't do our orders together. Even though me my fiancee and my coworker all got the same thing. I've tipped people working there 5-20$ because I loved the atmosphere. But now Its just awful. The store was already slow as it was and the ATM was always broken. And now the subway ducks. Worst subway experience ever. this is from a customer that came to this specific one FOR YEARS. YEARS.

This is the absolute worst Subway I’ve ever encountered. They are periodically out of bread. Instead, I once asked for a salad on one of the occasions where there was no bread, they made a salad in the smallest bowl ever and still charged me full price. They spontaneous started to close at 3p. I understand that there are a number of staff shortages going on but this is ludicrous.

This store is located inside the market of a Valero gas station. I was unable to order using the Subway app on a Friday. The app reports this store as closed on Thursdays & Fridays. Not true. The store is open, but only from 7 - 3 pm everyday. Apparently they have staffing issues here. I've noticed a high turnover of folks behind the counter. The last few times I've visited, the staff was a bit slow, but were obviously learning the menu/prep. They were friendly and made a good sandwich though - so no problems! Behind the counter was really clean and all ingredients appeared fresh.

I arrived on a Tuesday at 1:58PM. I entered and walked up to the counter where a woman was preparing a sub for a gentleman. I was standing there reading the menu board when the woman said "we're closed." I asked her to repeat that since she was obviously preparing a sub for a customer while I was standing there. She said "We close at 2:00PM." I checked my watch and it was 1:59PM. I simply said okay and left and went down the street to Dairy Queen which was open and happy to serve me. I did not know they closed at 2PM and was less happy that I arrived just prior to 2PM and she would not serve me. Very poor customer service.

Food was great. The woman who helped me and my partner was wonderful, her name was Patty. She was very professional and personable. They were super busy as well and she handled it calm and collected. She deserves a raise for all the work she was handling so well.

Used to be a really good subway, has dropped off drastically lately. Really random hours, says they close at 4pm, but it's pretty much anytime between 3-4. If you close at 4, you serve food until 4, not leave the building at 4. Everybody used to be super friendly and nice an the quality of food was excellent. Now it seems they try to rush you out the door (when you can find them open) an on top of that the quality of the ingredients have dropped as well. I just avoid this location all together now.

The people are very nice to their customers and if you want anything at it or subtract it or whatever they would do it for you with no questions asked that's what I like and the subways that I've been into are the one off of route 5 and the one in highland springs and they're both the cleanest and have the nicest people in there as far as I know I've been to them only two and they are as nice as can be to me and their stores are very clean inside 100%.
