Both woman making our sub was rushing us and there's only my daughter and In the restaurant as a customer. I haven't been in subway over 3 years so I was exploring options and one lady ( the owner I think ) was getting impatient. I had to tell her do not rush us.

I love this Subway and I've been to several in the Richmond area. It's clean inside, the bread, meat, and toppings are all very fresh. The owner and his employees are friendly and have a positive attitude. They don't skimp on the meat or toppings like many of the other Subways I've been to do. The owner is very personable and remembers his customer's names and what they order. That says a lot about a person in my opinion. I've always had a good experience there.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options. My personal favorite is their Veggie Party footlong sub.
Cashier took my coupon, then told me I never gave it to him and my friend got food poisoning. Wouldn't recommend this location.

I recently brought in a coupon for a footling for $6.99. I only asked for a turkey and cheese after being told about all the excluded sandwiches. I am not joking when I say the owner only put on 6 super thin slices of turkey. It barely covered the bread and was like the packed turkey you buy at Walmart in the presliced packaging. They had a sign on the door saying they slice the meat fresh. NOPE. Then he only put on 3 triangles of cheeseI was shocked and asked for more. It didn't even cover the bread in one thin slice. That guy is soooooo cheap. I've been there before, but I will never go to that location again. The only reason I gave 2 stars in because the bread was fresh and the lettuce and tomato seemed fine. My daughter and I split the sandwich and could not taste anything but lettuce and oil and vinegar. That owner needs to stop being such chinzy/ cheap. That was almost $8 for a lettuce sandwich.

There was about half the normal amount of meat and veggies on both sandwiches I bought.
What do you do if you're mentally incapable of holding a real job? Become a sandwich artist at this location! This is the biggest cavalcade of brain dead troglodytes that I've ever seen gathered in one place. They can't even follow simple sandwich instructions.

You can't beat Subway for a quick and inexpensive meal.Vegetarian options: Veggie patty is different than previous option. Contains actual vegetables vs. texturized veg. Can't say I like this new version better. I think the old veggie patty was better..Wheelchair accessibility: It's a tiny shop so maneuvering a wheelchair might be awkward but it could be done.

They cheat you on the amount of meat to keep food cost down. Owner is a joke. Will never eat at this subway on Quioccasin.
