This is the worst customer service my son and I received from the old man who works there. The service was so bad from the moment we arrived at the counter that after a couple of minutes I told my son that we should leave because we don't have to receive bad treatment from anyone. I wish I could give less than one star. I would do it without thinking about it as many times as possible.

Rude comments from employees- ordered the artisan bread sandwich to go - wasn't toasted and tasted like raw dough. They couldn't be bothered to toast it? I guess "you can't just pour water in it and make it ready" I'll drive on past next time.

7:30 am the dude behind the counter slowly made two online orders while I stood there for 10 minutes, still working on them, I left and got hot dogs because he was useless. Bacon was frozen in the tub and the ham looked old.

This Subway is the BEST! All the employees are always super friendly and happy to assist you. The subway a short drive away in Short Pump always leaves me regretting going there, as the employees aren't ever friendly. I will ALWAYS drive to this Subway! Thanks!

Second or third time that I've shown up here at like 5:30 at night to be told they're closed even though they're serving other customers... evidently they can't hold employees... Who shut down a restaurant at 5:30 at night
