I love this subway because it's almost never crowded and there isn't much around in Manchester except a ghetto mcdonalds that always gets my order wrong and a Valero lol iron clad too but I don't think about them as fast food

This place was lovely while we spent the day in RVA. The owners were kind and attentive to our party of 7. They made sure everything was the way we wanted it. Definitely will go back again next time we are in RVA.

Food was fine. Scrawny kid working with the glasses had a terrible attitude though, which never happens at this location.I know service jobs don't pay enough for folks to be sunshine & rainbows but outright rolling his eyes while serving was unnecessary. Kid acted like it was an inconvenience to work...hours before closing time. I would've wished for him to have a better day but he walked off with an attitude closing the toppings right as my boyfriend finished paying.You guys probably won't do anything since fast food places need workers now but I'll definitely make sure I only come mid-day during weekdays with the friendlier, more diverse staff.

This is consistently the best Subway. The owners are friendly and hard working. Even when there is a line they move quickly without losing any of the niceness. I mainly order through the app and the sandwiches are always made correctly and ready when I get there. The ingredients are always seem fresh.

I've grub hubbed from here 3 times now, and everytime my order has been completed and delivered to perfection. Today is my birthday and I've been feeling down so I decided to treat myself to my craving of a nice big sub. My food arrived within 20 minutes of placing my order and the kind person that crafted my order threw in a cookie and a message that said "have a good day." They didn't know it was my bday but that little extra unexpected kindness really helped me on a difficult day. Thank you!

This is the best subway restaurant in southside richmond in my opinion. The owners and the people who work have awesome customer service and provide excellent service and will go above and beyond for their customers!! I wont eat at another subway in the area!!

Hands down the worst Subway I've ever been to. I had a pick up order and I showed up 10 minutes after pick Up time and was forced to wait another 20 minutes and watched numerous people walk in and walk out with their meal well I was forced to wait 30 minutes because you forgot to make my order. And after 25 minutes I tried to cancel my order And the manager told me why are you getting so upset man will be out in 5 minutes I responded by saying I'm upset because I waited 30 for a pick up and my lunch is only 45 mins so I've wasted my whole lunch waiting in line.he said I'm not denying that but just give me another minute in your food will be out. I go to subway alot and again this is hands down the worse one I've been . Save your time if your in the area and go to Jimmy John's its much quicker.
Got exactly what I expect from a subways. No surprises! Just a mediocre plain Jane sub. Thanks!

Have gotten takeout at this Subway three times now and each time my order is made perfectly correct! The app makes it very easy to order a sandwich and it's always ready when I swing by for pickup or even before. Staff has always been friendly and nice and the location is very close to my apartment which makes it very convenient! Will definitely be a frequent repeat customer! :)
