Beware: Was told something was vegan that clearly had dairy in it. I am not only allergic but also lactose intolerant even to small amounts. Today I may have to call out of work because of a cronut.Otherwise like this place, terrified of returning.

I've passed this place multiple times just because the grey building on the outside isn't appealing to me but its very nice when you walk-in. Now my experiences with pastries have been a hit and miss. The first time I went the donuts were fresh and delious but the second time I went it didn't taste fresh at all with. So I have mixed emotions.

Talking about a unwelcoming environment! This place gave me chills and made me feel so uncomfortable that I purchased some donuts and toss them directly in the trash. This is our favorite sweet treat. (Lombardy location) I haven't found any other donut shop with a variety of vegan options. My child has food allergies to eggs and nuts. The employees even placed the vegan donuts in a separate bag/box to prevent cross-contamination.
