FOOD POISONING!! What fine should a restaurant incur when they hurt you? I had the worst food poisoning from Superstars. I had to miss work and cancel plans from being so sick. Vomiting, diarrhea, awful stomach pains, headaches, weakness, high temperature, and the chills. Was it the food source, food handling, food being undercooked, or something else? Whatever the case is, someone should be held accountable. Awful experience….

Very very disappointing. I used to go here all the time when I worked locally I have been dying to try it again I ordered the turkey and Brie sub and I agree with the other reviewer. There was hardly any turkey on it. Brie was so thin that I couldn’t see it one Slice of lettuce one slice of tomato The bread was no better than going to Subway on a bad day. To make matters even worse, they forgot my dipping sauce that I ordered and paid for Definitely won’t go here again

Best sandwiches in town, especially the PAESANO! Cold beer on draft as well, can’t beat it!

I’ve been coming here for the past year and a half since I moved to the area and I’ve always had a great experience here. Love the pizza (I recommend getting it baked a bit longer) and the service. Highly recommend this place.

I just had a turkey sub sandwich at this place. It was the worst sub I’ve ever had. A little lettuce and one slice of tomato, plus two thin slices of turkey on a dry roll. Hardly anything in the sandwich and really skimmed on the turkey. I will definitely not be back here again.

Excellent, fresh, pizzas you take home to cook. Plenty of toppings and easy to cook!

Have loved this place for years but yesterday, a young man preparing food stopped to answer the phone, then went right back to preparing food. No gloves, no handwashing. When I mentioned it to the clerk taking my order, he said it was okay because the food is cooked at 500 degrees.

Cozy little shop but great food, great service. A Richmond tradition that I never had before but glad I got around to it yesterday. Try the "Sly" for a delicious take on the Italian sub Sammy.

This place is a joke- it’s def not good pizza and it’s disgusting and way over priced. Best not to get your hopes up - it’s very poor quality.Vegetarian options: Totally runny gross and not freshParking: Terrible

I placed an online order for a Jerry’s whole sub. Nowhere in the description of this sandwich stated that it came with tomatoes. When I got it home it was a soggy sub soaked in tomatoes. I called and asked them to make me a new one as it doesn’t say anywhere online that tomatoes came on this sandwich. When I picked it up they said oh well, sorry about that and charged me an other $16 for the new sub. Poor customer service for sure.

Someone brought a uncooked pizza to us from here. Really good, so we stopped by to eat in, but you can get slices only eat in. Still the pizzas ? are really good. They have subs too
