I usually go to this Taco Bell, and have not had many issues. However, I tried the online app to make my order faster. I’ve never used this app in the past. I went up to the drive-through, and it said on the app that my order was ready. When I went up to the actual window the girl working there told me that it was not ready yet and to “wait “and they would prepare my food. I parked in the parking lot thinking that someone will be bringing my food. I waited a good ten minutes and no one was coming so I knocked on the door to ask them and she rudely gestured to go around to the drive-through. I didn’t understand that I was supposed to go through the drive-through again and didn’t understand why I was going through the drive-through twice when I used the app to speed this process up. Had I known that it was taking this long I would’ve just gone to the drive-through in the first place. Why would I have to go to the drive-through and wait for my food to be ready when they could’ve easily run it out to me since it was not ready? The first time I went to the drive-through she should’ve clearly explained that the order was not ready and that I needed to go through the drive-through again. When I got to the drive-through, the second time, she explained what she meant, but admitted that she should’ve been more clearing her directions. Despite her admitting this , she did not offer any apology or kind act of costumer service such as a discount or free item. I asked if I could be compensated for my time and inconvenience and she said, since my order was online, they cannot do any type of refund. No apology either. I then asked, can I at least have a free taco or some other type of item for my inconvenience. The woman argued that they will not give me a free taco and then another guy who claims he was the manager told me that he would not be giving me a taco and to go on my way. Finally, a nice woman who appeared to be another manager came up and listened to my complaint and understood the inconvenience and was able to give me a free item. While I was waiting for the nice manager to get my free food the other mail “Manager “was staring at me through the window and when I looked back at him he opened the window stating “don’t start with me you’re getting a free taco”. This was the same guy who quickly dismissed my request earlier stating “you’re not getting your free taco so drive along “This guy is a reason that the situation was escalated. I would not make a big deal at about this however, it was poor the way they gave instructions and I felt they were not giving good customer service when they couldn’t even give me one taco, which clearly does not cost much to produce. Finally, the manager who I talked with made it right, however, the other employees that I dealt with were very rude, unprofessional, and had a big attitude. From the reviews, I see that there have been other similar complaints to drive through pick up issues and they need to get a better system or give better directions. Aside from the one Nice manager, the rest of the employees need to learn how to take responsibility for poor directions that they give an understand how to amend those using good customer service.

We put in an app order and drove up to the drive thru. The screen told us to pull forward after letting the woman at the window know it was an app order. We were yelled at by the woman at the window and told to back up. The food was shoved in a bag and missing things. What was there was falling apart. Thanks for reminding us why we always avoid this Taco Bell.

ordered door dash from them . ordered 4 chx tacos , a crunch wrap combo and a beefy melt burrito . never even got the tacos, the combo drink was the only thing correct. burrito had beans for some reason? taco was hard not soft, the crunch wrap was burnt to a crisp and had tomatoes. and even the one thing right the drink didnt come with a straw! Room temp IQ establishment. go to any other TB in the area lol

I am Uber eat driver.i had a pickup for Uber customer.they said order is done but isn't .I text the customer she said she didn't got the food and she called them but they don't care.i ll never go again for pickup for Uber customers or for me.

Whoever owns/franchises this Taco Bell should do a full revamping of everyone that works there. Never have enough food, always takes long to get your order, and food is often wrong. Please do something to help this or I will 100% never be returning. It actually quite embarrassing.

Ordered a volcano taco and 2 volcano burrito’s, got all the way home and noticed that both burritos didn’t have any lava sauce, called 3 times to no answer and the 4th call I finally got answered to the employee basically saying they could not find my order, after finding my order I was informed the only way to fix it was to come all the way back up there, will not return again. Will go to the staples mill location from now on.

This Place is disgusting I spent 30 dollars on a order and literally everything was not edible...the sad part is I threw it away and wouldn't even give it to my dog..so when I went in they wouldn't do anything about it ..the place and management is trash apparently the staff can't read ..but yeah worst place ever no wonder they're round the crack hotels

I usually like to go to this store because they’re fairly quick and close by to my job, but today when I went through the drive through before work to grab a quick bite, the line took eight minutes to move forward enough for me to take my order. Afterwards, at the window, I waited for my order for ten minutes before the person at the window asked what my order was, and then proceeded to wait another five minutes only to get the wrong order. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but I didn’t have time to check my order because I was already running late, and ended up having to leave my food in the car to not miss my shift.

Been to this store a few times. Always slow service, very inconsistent with how long it will be. Just recently ordered through Uber Eats and they forgot half the order. Called the Uber eats driver and she was handed half the order. Called them and they didn't care. Never go to this Taco Bell ever. They don't care and can barely keep themselves open. I wouldn't be surprised if this location was changed soon because the franchise is that bad. What a joke of a store and management
