Asked if they still had a certain wrap and the person at the register said "yes unfortunately," but wouldn't expand on why she said that and just laughed stupidly for several seconds - to be expected when young college kids are in customer service ?. It was pretty clear that me ordering said wrap would be an inconvenience for her at work, so I just left. This place sucks, and that girl should absolutely be fired.

Pleasantly surprised by this location. I usually go to Willow Lawn becasue it’s closer to my work but I will be visiting this location from now on. Not only is the food quality just overall better but the ppl working there make it a much more welcoming experience.I wanted the Mango Moonstone smoothie but they were sold out. The lady at the front with glasses was very attentive and recommended another popular smoothie that tasted similar and I was not disappointed. The smoothie was blended perfectly and my burrito came out hot and fast. Will come back.

i've been working on this side of town at a medical office building for a year now. When I say EVERY TIME I order from this location and my order is always wrong, EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM THIS LOCATIN THE ORDER IS WRONG. I just had to sit and wait three hours for a refund that was supposed to be a re-delivery of my items correctly. I am so sick and tired of this location! slow down!!!!!!!!!! there are people who are in situations and can NOT just up and leave work because YOU keep doing your job wrong. SAVE!!!! YOUR!!!!! MONEY!!!!!!! make a sandwich instead

I ordered a combo of a smoothie and a wrap with chicken, cheese, bacon and ranch. I had to take a paper towel and sop up the ranch. It made the sandwich taste absolutely horrible, couldn't taste the chicken or bacon. Got it delivered so it was far be it from cheap. Don't order from the VCU Richmond area!!! Then I selected chips and got a banana. Never again!!

My j*** chicken salad didn't have chicken, and my smoothie tasted like nothing except ice. When I asked for a refund, I was told I would have to wait until Monday. I asked for the manager's number, and a female with short dreads finally called the manager as she stood at the counter and twisted her hair with her fingers. I will never visit this location again. I finally reminded her that she was at the counter of a restaurant, and it wasn't sanitary for her to twist her hair at the counter. I drove all the way to White Oak, where the staff is really professional. My smoothie was delicious, and my j*** salad had chicken in it.

I was there yesterday and there are two young guys who made my smoothie. I get the same smoothie everyday and I use to work at tropical smoothie. When they made my smoothie for my daughter and I it lack flavor and sweetness. I ask them several times to remake it and it just came back the same way. These boys are just mixing whatever they want without following the proper amount and measurement that is require. For the owner and manger can please look into this because there are a lot of customers that feels the same way. To be honest usually when I come there the guy is normally on the register. He needs more practice

I've never had any issues with this location! It's conveniently located on VCU's campus, & they're pretty efficient. I've enjoyed all of my drinks & food there. My all time favorite smoothie is the peanut butter cup one!

My friend and I came in this evening and the young gentleman that took our order and made our smoothies was extremely polite and professional. I did not catch his name but he had a lot of stickers on his hat. He went above and beyond and even had carriers ready with bags for our smoothies. Great service, thank you!!
