Stopped by the store this morning at 840am and the door was locked when it is supposed to be open at 8. There was someone behind the counter, no one opened the door. No sign on the door with a reason.

These guys have always been on point with my drink. Every time my drink is made just the way I want it. They are fast and efficient. Once I mistakenly drop my drink in the parking and the employee call me back come back we will make you another without me asking for it. I will keep using you guys. Thank you

Got the J*** Chicken Wrap and the This Wrap, ask for extra Sauce on the Side, the Cashier He actually told the Girl he wants sauce on both and on the side, then while making it she asks me did I want sauce on them and on the side and I said yes, seems by her expression she had an attitude about it, so I get home and there is no sauce on them or on the side, The Thia Wrap was so dry I threw it away, the J*** Chicken Wrap had regular Chicken not J**** I think it was done intentionally

I like their food but was a little disappointed this time. Somehow my sandwich was not made the way I had ordered it. Because of time constraints I was not able to wait for them to remake it.

The service at the register was lack luster on this visit, usually better, engaged, friendly interaction. My hummus wrap was good as usual.Vegetarian options: Smoothies are fruit and veggies, a few vegetarian options and they are ok with substitutions.
