Ordered a Taco salad. Got home . No tortilla chip for the salad. Only a container of salsa and what looks like it may be chilli? Not sure . Called back asked to speak with a manager I was told we are busy now and too many orders she can’t talk to you. Told me to hold on and then someone came along and hung up the phone . Very rude customer service. No such thing as customer service any more . No one is available to help .and charged me $12 for nothing smh this is what I got . I deserve a refund ! AND NO SOUR CREAM !

I always loved the convince of this spot but every once in a while mysteriously my card info gets stolen two days after going to this location. It's literally happened three times. ??‍♀️ Call me a sucker for a chicken sandwich but y'all need to pay these people more or give customers at the drive thru a way to charge their card visibily.

I know it’s fast food and all but this is by far the worst Wendy’s ever. Drive thru with family in car. Order 2 CHEESEBURGERS and a spicy chicken. Get home, sit down to eat. No cheese in burgers. Spicy chicken didn’t even have chicken in it. It was just fried skin or something. Never again.
