2 folks on staff today. Very busy Saturday lunch hour. We came in at 11:36a, placed order at 11:53, left at about 12:20p. They needed to bring in more staff for sure. Both workers were very polite but they needed help! First time at a Wing Stop ever. I hope this is not common practice. Food was good.Parking: During busy times people tend to park at the curb and the lot is really full. Avoid weekend lunchtime and holidays.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would for what they did tonight. I ordered food through DoorDash around 9pm. I order a family meal so of course I order a lot of ranch. Not only did they forget the ranch, they were so lazy that they gave me all of the same wings that are rock solid because again they were too lazy to make the correct thing that I ordered. They need to understand that this is a food service. FOOD has to be right to be able to get GOOD SERVICE. GET IT TOGETHER OR QUIT YOUR JOB. So many people are losing out on money because y’all don’t wanna do what you’re being paid to do.

I recently visited Wingstop, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The employees on duty deserve special recognition for their outstanding service and attention to detail.From the moment we placed our order, the staff demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. They took our order accurately and with a friendly demeanor, making us feel welcome and valued as customers.The highlight of our visit, of course, was the food preparation. The chicken wings, fries, and carrots were prepared to perfection, meeting our exact preferences. The wings were flavorful, cooked to a crispy perfection, and generously coated in the sauces of our choice. The fries were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, and the carrots were a refreshing and healthy side option.The satisfaction of our visit was particularly meaningful, as my daughter had been eagerly awaiting the chance to enjoy wings after a lengthy 11-week wait. The fact that Wingstop not only met but exceeded our expectations made her day, and the smiles around the table were evidence of the joy that a well-prepared meal can bring.In summary, Wingstop left a lasting positive impression on us. As I arrived there I had an online order and it took a while to receive it . I went home open the bag and my wings were dry and had no mango habanero . I was very much disappointed wouldn’t get food again.

I ordered Wing Stop for the first time for my friend's birthday. I asked for well done wings which they were not. Also was missing my 2 count of tenders. When I called the store to speak to a manager.. a lady answered the phone and said all the managers were busy and to call back in half a hour. When I asked again to speak to a manager.. she said I should call back tomorrow and at the time it was only 7 pm. When I finally spoke to a manager "there is nothing we can do since you ordered through Door Dash" didn't offer a refund or even a partial credit. My order was not right, missing items, and VERY POOR customer service. Don't recommend this franchise at all. Very disappointed with my experience.

We ordered wings and tenders from this location through DoorDash. We requested the wings to be well done. When we received the order the wings were underdone, still gummy and we didn’t receive our tenders. When we called the store we were told at first the managers were too busy to speak to us and we should call tomorrow. After insisting we speak with someone about the order today, the manager answered and told us they couldn’t do anything because ordered with DoorDash. We are so disappointed in the food and the quality or service…
