Everytime my boyfriend and I come to this location there is always a problem. I get being understaffed sometimes or new worker problems, but this is every time and at all parts of the day. We have gotten there at 6 or 7 pm to be told they were closed, and another time they were out of all their chicken at 5 pm!! We have been there and denied access inside while watching other customers come out. We went there tonight to get the BOGO 10 boneless wings deal for super bowl and after placing the order we did not receive the second order of 10 wings, and when we asked if they had the deal they said they WERE doing the deal but couldn’t give it to us cause it wasn’t on our ticket! However, we did chose the deal in the app and asked politely if they could just make another order since it would have been free anyways and even offered to go back around to not hold their line up and they were not willing to help us other than to tell us to call customer service. The manager wouldn’t even come talk to us. Y’all need to for real step it up or hire employees that actually wanna work there!

A garbage can restaurant that took my money on their website and never gave me my food or a refund. Avoid ordering online at all costs. I am talking SPECIFICALLY about the trash can restaurant on Staples Mills in Richmond VA. ALSO- before a so called "caring" manager responds to this review, I HAVE reached out via Zaxby's online about this incident WITH my order number and ALL THE DETAILS and you have never responded or given me my refund. GARBAGE CAN restaurant and I will NEVER go to another Zaxby's in my lifetime. LEARN HOW TO RUN A RESTAURANT!!

So my husband does an online order..2 Cobb salads 1 grilled 1 fried... shouldn't be that difficult.. He gets them home uh no chicken on either salad.. I call the location spoke with the manager "Jessica" she was a apologetic on the phone saying she just got there but asked if my husband could return and would replace the entire order.. Well that's not what happened instead she took the original salads from my husband I guess to check to see if we were lying.. She gave him back the same old salads with 2 containers 1 with grilled chicken and the other with fried chicken that looked like he had been chewed up buy a dog... I'm so disappointed with this location maybe I'll try a different location but at the moment I don't think so.

Coming all the way from Florida, thought it would be nice to try dining at Zaxby's, but apparently, although it says they're open till 10pm - we were told they're closed at 8pm as soon as we walked through the door. Definitely not the type of service that should be provided since their operations hours are misleading customers.

Shavrae, at this location, gave excellent service and was so pleasant that I had to write a review. Good service is a bit hard to come by these days, so I feel the need to document when I do have a positive experience.The food was just ok - definitely not freshly prepared (chicken had a rubbery texture) and fries were not hot. However, Shavrae's 5-star service made up for the food quality.

DO NOT visit this location and give them your credit/debit card!!!!!!!! Especially in the drive through. I recently went through the drive thru and the nect day had multiple, hundreds of dollars worth, of fraudulent charges. It was after investigation with the bank that it was confirmed that someone at this location stole my card information to make fraudulent purchases!
