This place is the slowest place I have ever seen that has a drive thru. If there are more then 3 people in front of you be prepared to wait upwards of 30 minutes. I do not know what takes them so long, but honestly they should stop making food and stick to ice cream. I dunno who goes to Dairy Queen for a burger, but there’s literally a Hardee’s right across the street. Do everyone a favor and go there for food
I love Dairy Queen. Love it so much even downloaded the app. My family and I go there atleast once a week so being able to use the rewards and the coupons make my experiences even better. Well with that being said today wasn't the case. I had got 2 shakes and a 4 peice chicken basket. My coupon said I would get 2 dollars off. When I asked the cashier why my 2 dollar wasn't taken off she said it's because I got shakes. Now why would that be?? It didn't say any such thing in the details. So not only did I not get my 2 dollars off I didn't get my points. This might seem not so important to some but when money is tight and you live paycheck to paycheck going out is a huge deal so every penny helps. Thinking about going somewhere else that actually cares about their policy and customers.

I'm changing my review from 1 to 4The lady at the drive through needs a raise !!! She is, I'm almost 90% certain, the reason things have gotten better. She needs more help, ACTUAL help. Don't over work those who have great work ethic. Even when the drive thru equipment wasn't working, she came outside in the rain and had customers come and place order at window.

ONE GIRL WAS WORKING ALL BY HERSELF, making food , running it and drive thru . Meanwhile my fiancé and I witness her manager ask her what the hold up is? She was all by herself . He could’ve put his clipboard down and helped waited 45 minutes didnt mind at all when see saw there was only one . Great customer service from her . Terrible atmosphere because of him this took place at 12/28/23 at about 2:00
