Since I'm not American, I find it really interesting to gve it a try and visit some typical American, local franchises. And this time I took that chance to go to Dunkin'. By the way, in Europe it's always called Dunkin Donuts, while in the US just Dunkin', since Americans always prefer it the shorter, the better. ?????So I got myself a hot Cappuccino with a cocoa mocha flavor. And must say the coffee itself was good, very good,??☕ but the flavor... it was much too sweet. I know it's kinda very typical American way,??? but for me - definitely too sweet.?

If you like munchkins, this place is no different than any other Dunkin. I normally just give 3 stars to chain restaurants. I gave one extra one because they are always pleasant.

Went there for a half dozen bagels. Very disappointed. Were not fresh. But was able to save them by wrapping them in damp paper towels and microwaveing them to bring them to a moist state.

Not sure if they have new management or there lack of….. but why do see employees out back smoking (not my business) but clearly make eye contact with them. Then park my truck walk to the door and the door is locked at 830AM!! All other Dunkins are dine in in Roanoke. Well I just took my business to the new Starbucks down the street.

This place messes my order up every other time I come here. And they can't figure out that a xlarge tea is supposed to have 2 tea bags. Today was the 3rd time I have been told they are out of something I wanted to order. What a joke

Come here almost everyday but the service gets worse and worse everytime. Always new workers that don't know what they are doing. My food is always either still frozen or burnt. My coffee is never made the way I ask for it. All of the employees always look so lost and frazzled. They are becoming as slow as the one on peters creek. They are very inconsistent and not worth the time anymore.
Smells awful need to get better workers who are more professional and aren’t lazy. Also super loud and employees seem to have people hanging out.

Do not attempt to get a drink here if there is anyone in the drive thru or in line inside. Slow. Inefficient. “Workers” taking their time, cutting jokes, standing around while customers are lined up waiting.

Dunkin has the best ice tea. Period. Whatever they are doing to make it so flavorful, I hope the keep doing it. The emoyees at the Franklin Road location are very polite and helpful.

How you make a munchkin thick as hell when the reason people buy it is because they want something light on top of that they can't make a coffee or a matcha latte properly watery as hell! And for the icing on the doughnut there was barely any!! Someone gotta teach these hillbillies how to make good finger food lol!
