It was the best restaurant in the area. Overnight on the 18th & 19th of April, a fire has destroyed this fine restaurant. I sincerely hope they will rebuild.

Brian's is the best steakhouse in the Southside VA area. I can always count on high quality steaks and sides that are delicious. They don't skimp on anything here--when you order a side salad or baked potato fully loaded--that's exactly what you get. This restaurant is a local gem. I live in Richmond and there's no comparable steak dinner at these prices anywhere. The service is also consistently top notch.

Really good breakfast place. They have great omelettes I got the western but by far the steak and cheese my wife got was the best. And best of all reasonably priced. Can't wait to come back and try the prime rib dinner here at night.

The service was excellent and the dinner, which was the queen prime rib, was most delicious. I couldn't have had a better dinner. It's #1 in my book! You will not be disappointed, believe me.Karen
Great Small Town Place to stop and eat. The service was excellent and all the food was Top Notch. I ordered scrambled eggs bacon grits and a bagel with cream cheese. It all was delicious and the price was low!

I'm so glad we decided to have dinner at Brian's Steak House. It's not a fancy place, but the down to earth feel is perfect. Everyone was so friendly and the food was wonderful! Hubs had fried chicken livers (he loved them) and I had steak bites with peppers and onions. Plenty of food and very filling. Thank you for great service and a great meal!

I have tried the steak, wraps, salads, and various sides. The steak is usually dry and is never cooked how I ask for it, medium-rare, which is unfortunate. The wraps are okay, salads are usually pretty decent and I always get a cup of coffee which is good. Brian's is hit or miss, completely depends on what you order.
