Food wasn’t cooked, service was TERRIBLE!!!! The pissed off 12 year old girls behind the counter were too busy not wanting to do their job. Sandwich wasn’t cooked and was a complete waste of money. Go to any other place besides this subway. The service industry is in the gutter now

My husband stopped by the Subway in Walmart on Fire street South Hill, VA. The sandwich was decent, but unfortunately I pulled 3 long blondish hairs from my half of a footlong sandwich. They need to go back to hairnets under hats when preparing food. When I called from the road, the female who answered seemed unconcerned and offered no apologies but did offer for me to bring the sandwich back.

The food was pretty good. The service was ok they don't really listen. The environment was creepy and sketchy. The worse part of it all though was my bestie Carla wanted hot relish and they didn't have it. Even though it messes up her belly holy god that girl love her some hot relish. That was the worse part of her day.

I go there at least once a week and I'm always polite, even asking her hru but everytime the lady gives me and my family a hard timeThe last visit we use coupons and told us we couldn't use them separately however the gentleman in front of us she discount his order without coupon and gave extra meat . Also when ask for manager or owner she acts like she is the owner but I know she is not#dheneedsaclassojcustomerservice

It’s an issue every time I go in there. The only time I ever have a good experience is if I order online. Their customer service sucks, they’re slow, and it’s obvious the girl who works in the mornings doesn’t care to be there. So done!
