Tried 3 beers with friends. Chug a beer just to get rid of it. Tasted like flat malty water. Worst beer I've ever tasted.

I don't really like their beer but I can appreciate their presence as a Staunton staple. Maybe it's time to get some new booths though...

Let me preface by saying the space a was unique and comfortable with an old pub like feel and I enjoyed the music playing. The owner/brewer was a nice guy, but was awfully full of himself. He pigeonholed us out of the gates knowing the "city" we came from yet we remained open minded. Every beer on tap tasted exactly the same. From the pale ales, IPAs and on up to the Scotch Ale. They all had this bland sourish backbone. No distinguishable hop profiles, no sturdy malt characters, just a one dimensional mess.

I really enjoyed my visit to Shanandoah Valley Brewing this weekend! I love the vibe of this place. Just reminds me of traditional pubs in the UK. Good beer and good conversation. What else do you want?

Small place with a lively crowd. Several types of beer on tap.

Wife and I left without finishing our beer. We ordered a Porter and a Brown Ale, both were sour. Liked the couch and the staff though, but this was easily the worst beer we’ve had in Staunton

Great beer. Had an awesome experience while there. Very nice bar and the bartender was a pleasure to talk to

Great environment and great beer. Go for the bent brethren, it's too smooth for 10%

Chill atmosphere, but meh beers and over priced for poor quality. I'd skip them. The porter was probably the best of the lot, but otherwise I didn't finish the flight of beers I tried

Great atmosphere but didn't like any of the ipas, which has never happened to me before and I've been to at least 10p different breweries
Not a lot of beer choices and we were not fans of the ones we tried at Shenandoah Valley Brewing. The Shandy was too sweet and the lager just does not leave a lasting impression. They had a live band which overwhelmed the small space. Open later than most businesses on a Beverly street.

On the 3/4 star cusp. Service was great, the place was filled with happy locals. Beer was ok, but nothing memorable. A bit pricey for the quality but I’d return.

Great beer, awesome and friendly bartender!
Loved visiting and trying to guess the flights!
