Simple and easy service, take a quick look at the menu featuring classic Vietnamese dishes and order away. We enjoyed the grilled shrimp meal complete with a mini bowl of pho to wash the rice down. The place is hidden off the main road, keeping the vibes chill and quiet.

Second visit was not great. Service still friendly and speedy, but the food doesn't cut if for me, and I won't be back. Tried the summer roll and lemongrass beef. Disliked the peanut sauce for dipping, and the summer rolls were lackluster; make them better at home. Beef was okay, just nothing to celebrate.If you need to fill a quick pho craving, it's good this place is around...but Teabreak Boba isn't much farther, and I prefer them for Vietnamese food in Sterling.

“Closes 9pm”? This kitchen closes everyday whenever they feel like… They lie about times, food isn’t particularly memorable, and service is definition of mid-tier so if you feel like spending your hard-earned money, just do it somewhere that deserves it a little more.

Service was awful! When I walked up, the "open" sign was turned off even though they didn't close for another 45 minutes. I walked in and sat down and the server immediately told me they were closing soon. I was fully intending on eating quickly and getting out before they closed. Then when I ordered, the server tried to tell me the grill was turned off. He asked the chef and they said it was OK luckily. My pho was average and so was the grilled pork. Not bad, but nothing special. It's clear the server does not enjoy working here and is providing a poor experience for the customers. The owners should re-evaluate who they have working for them and hire someone that actually cares about their job and the restaurant.

Pho was average. Also didn't see any Vietnamese people working here. ?
Not very good. The broth was watered down. I don't think it's run (or owned) by Vietnamese, so they're trying to make authentic Pho and doing poorly at it.

Not the best or friendliest service, and the fried spring rolls in my opinion were inedible. Phonomenal(in one Loudoun) is the place to go if you want incredible service and Vietnamese food.

Pho Royal Sterling has been a mainstay in this out of the way strip mall for many years. It's tasty, fast, and reliable. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is casual and there is usually mild music playing. The Summer Rolls are great, and the large Tai Chin is my go to, but the Pho Ga is great too.

My new favorite pho spot!! My son and I wanted some pho after running some errands. I've never tried Pho Royal before so we decided to give it a try. You walk in and it seems like any typical pho place. We picked where we wanted to sit and the waiter was quick with the menus. We ordered the summer rolls and two bowls of pho. I couldn't even get a picture of the summer rolls, my son demolished them before I could and he said that the sauce it came with was one of the best dipping sauces he's ever had and he wasn't wrong. It was so appetizing. We wished we ordered more summer rolls. The pho came out shortly after. Man... This bowl of pho was GOOD. I'm Vietnamese and I'm very picky about my pho but this place does it well. My son is already asking when we are coming back.We left happy and full :)
