Food and service were sub par, took ages to take order, reviewed orders with us and still got it wrong. No refreshing if drinks -had to ask one by one for refills that were often just forgotten.

Made reservations for Friday 8:30 pm. Arrived at 8:15 at the unmanned hostess station. Stood there for over 10 minutes with numerous employees passing about but not one person welcomed us for way too long. Finally was seated at a table. Again, no one even greeted us until “Jack” asked if we'd been waited on. We said “not yet” and he volunteered to help. Look, the place, for a Friday night wasn't busy whatsoever. I typically don't complain, but this was a frustrating night. Done with BJ's.

Ayaz was so amazing l was able to finish all my food because of his service the manager was so engaging to the point that l cried tiers of happiness because of the extraordinary treatment and care. My last born really cried after we left insisting us to stay and Oder more food. Thank you so much

Great food! Loved the chicken wings! Our server Ayaz was very polite and friendly. The manager was exceptionally great and engaging. My family had fun and really enjoyed the food.

Came in to watch the Super Bowl with some friends and coworkers. In the 4 hours I was sitting at the bar, I saw the server 3 maybe 4 times. On more than one occasion we had to get water or drinks directly from the bar. Of the food we managed to order after over an hour, we only got half of the wings we ordered. Of those wings, half of them were cold to the touch!? I also tried flagging down the server for almost 45 minutes to order dessert only to be told that the kitchen was closed when he finally came over(after he watched the entire 4th quarter and overtime from the host stand)I am usually a very easy going and lenient person, being I work in and own a restaurant myself. But after tonight’s experience, you couldn’t pay me to come back or recommend this restaurant to anyone. Just disappointing
Disappointed because we booked a very specific table for an anniversary dinner and they didn't even take note of it and placed us in a really weird spot close to the bathroom. We tried to address it but it seemed like no one was willing to fix the table issue. Ruined our dinner slightly.

Johnathan was our server during HH and for him being new, he gave the best experience and service. He was so attentive and was right on top of everything. And the General manager. Oscar, is nothing short of amazing! We will def be back and will request him as our server.

3.5 We came here primarily for appetizers and beverages. Markia was our server and she was very nice to us. We appreciate that. We ordered the following...*Avocado Egg Rolls - Avocado, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, red onions ,cilantro, chipotle peppers, sweet tamarind dipping sauce*Burger Sliders -Four beef patties , grilled onions, lettuce, dill pickles, ketchup, mini slider buns ( we added bacon and cheese) *Chicken Pot Stickers - Pan-seared dumplings, chicken,ginger, garlic , yellow chives, green onions, soy ginger sauce, sesame seedsI really enjoyed the popular avocado rolls. Every bite has the nice creaminess of avocado. Yum! I also enjoyed the sliders!!! They were delicious! The bacon and cheese added made it more scrumptious. I also sampled the pot stickers. They were okay. Nothing special about them. Good experience will be back when I'm in town to try other things in the menu!
