Not terribly impressed with the selection we got for my daughters birthday. My sister picked up for me around 3 and we ate them around 4:30 but they were already a bit stale. We tried red velvet, Oreo, raspberry lemon, vanilla, and chocolate. Their presentation was lovely. We also liked that they had a unique selection of flavors. I’d like to give them another try.

I recently visited this shop for the first time and bought two cupcakes; Chocolate and Mocha. Having been to several cupcake shops, I was not impressed with this shop's cupcakes in the least. Both cupcakes were extremely dense and the frosting had very little flavor and was grainy. It is hard to believe this place is still in business. I won't be returning. Frankly, Safeway has much better cupcakes.

These cupcakes were delivered to my door as a gift. The delivery person had both the name of the recipient and the gifter wrong, but we knew it was for us because I got a text from the generous gift giver saying someone should be at the door in a minute. There was no indication which shop it came from either. Got that from the person who ordered them. They were also were supposed to be delivered yesterday. They looked nice, great variety. However, they tasted previously frozen, stale and hard. Maybe they were the same ones that were supposed to be delivered yesterday. I appreciate the thought, but poor execution on the businesses part. We wonder how this business stays open. Box cake mix at home is way better

Giving 1 star just because the service was good. Overall these cupcakes are dry and are very reminiscent of corn bread. Not a good corn bread. A bad cornbread. With icing. They were reasonably priced if they were good, because I only paid $25 for the dozen. They should stick to anything but cupcakes. Respectfully.

Wonderfully friendly staff and lovely presentation. But I agree with the other negative reviews that the cupcakes are not moist. The flavors are OK but not worth the premium price in my opinion.

I woke up in the middle of the night, 7 days before my fathers 70th birthday and sent an email to Cupcakes and More. I had some pretty special request and was prepared to be disappointed with a “no” or “we can’t “. The next day Nora replied and said what I asked for was possible and I can pick them up at my requested time.When I arrived the cupcakes were exactly what I had envisioned and more. The flavors were perfect , the photo I requested looked perfect, and the design was simply beautiful. I was so excited to bring them to my family.I was actually so impressed I bought an additional 1/2 dozen (different varieties) out of the display for us to eat earlier, and my family thought they tasted amazing. (Strawberry shortcake was the favorite)My fathers party was the day after I picked up the cupcakes, and my family couldn’t take their eyes off the perfection. The design , the colors, and the flavors were totally out of this world. (We had Red Velvet and Chocolate)My father and his family will never forgot his 70th, and I thank Nora from cupcakes and more for providing us with such a beautiful creation to add to this memory.Thank you

I was looking for gluten free cupcakes, and this place has a chocolate one with either vanilla frosting or chocolate. We got the chocolate. The cupcake was good, but just a touch dry. The cupcakes were also vegan. Good but perhaps slightly overpriced.

I really wanted to love the cupcakes at this establishment. The woman who waited on me was so nice and accommodating. Before buying 4 chocolate cupcakes, I did question if they were freshly made that day and was told "yes". The cupcakes however were heavy, dry and no "pop" on flavor.
I’m an Uber driver on and on today 24 January they took very good care of all Uber drivers actually got a free cupcake I’m not saying run up in here and try to get a free cupcake come by one because they’re good but they do take care of you thank you so much

The owner was very nice and kind but the cupcakes leave a lot to be desired. We got salted caramel and chocolate salted caramel. Both of the cupcakes tasted ordinary. Nothing great about them. The frosting tasted like regular buttercream frosting they use in most grocery stores. The cake batter of the cupcakes tasted dry and old. It definitely does not seem like they make cupcakes the same day. They tasted days old. I wanted to like them but I didn't even taste the caramel either.

I'm not sure what this place has against flavor, but for $4.00-$4.50 per cupcake, these were dismal. The white frosting (I'm not going to call it vanilla because there was absolutely no vanilla flavoring) was greasy and very, very grainy. It really tasted like a combination of shortening, powdered sugar and water, and I'm fairly certain that's what it was. The "strawberry" frosting was pink but tasted just like the white frosting. I don't understand this, because it's very easy to make buttercream frosting that doesn't suck. This place managed to make a frosting that was by far the worst I've ever tasted. Grocery store cupcakes are cheaper and better tasting.

And although they didnt have one of the flavors my friends requested its not a big issue for me because the cakes are that good. I will be recommending this place for friends
