The restaurant is very nice and well decorated. However, myself and a friend were seated with a group that was already sitting down enjoying their salad/soup. The waitress came over within a few seconds, asked us our drink order, and before even going to get our drinks requested that we hurry up and order our food since the others were “waiting” for us..We hadn’t even opened the menu and browsed the options. We let her know and she repeated that we had to order because the others were ready to eat. Mind you, we don’t know these people and didn’t request to be seated at a table that had already been waiting for a while. She stood there while we browsed the menu (still not even leaving to get drinks) which felt extremely uncomfortable.To make matters worse-- my friend asked for chopsticks and the waitress seemed surprised by his request... this is a hibachi/sushi establishment. She didn't share the same reaction to others at the table using chopsticks, but this was particularly offensive since we are Black and it seemed as if she didn't expect him to use anything other than a fork.Immediately after the chef was finished cooking, they came over with boxes for everyone which also felt like we were being rushed.The food had the potential to be good, just think our chef wasn’t the best. It lacked flavor, seasoning and the experience also was not nearly as fun as some of the tables surrounding us. Probably will not visit this location again due to the rude rushed service and subpar food.

I'm glad to have discovered this place. Having recently relocated from California, it's been a challenge to find a quality sushi restaurant. I can confidently say that this spot exceeded my expectations.

Food was good but generic. Chef was fun and entertaining. Table service was terrible. We waited almost an hour before I had to go track down a waitress to get water refills. Went for my son's birthday which they failed spectacularly on. Told when making a reservation, reminded when checking in, reminded when being seated, reminded when placing orders. Checks came out and was told "oh, we can still do deserts ". Magic lost and service failure - will not return. What was most frustrating was that multiple tables were singing happy birthday to people and meanwhile my son is sitting at our table waiting for his turn and yet nothing, despite my multiple, multiple reminders to an inept staff.

Could be easily be improved by not frying meet with vegetables together and servers could learn the menu a little better together with better mood at work which will rise the tips and the better atmosphere.Parking: Easy to park , it’s a huge parking lot ?️ and more restaurants and shopping center.Kid-friendliness: The cook has the energy and wish to play with kids which he doesn’t have to do it but it’s nice of them they do, because the picky kids started eating here under the play atmosphere the cook did !
Great Japanese steakhouse in the Tysons area. The inside is nicely decorated and it's a fun atmosphere. We did have to wait even though we had a reservation, but it wasn't too bad. The food was good and they give you enough to have two servings of leftovers afterwards. Everything was cooked just asked.
