Ordered 2 for $7 Classic Beef 'N Cheddar without the cheddar/red ranch I was told I didn't have a choice I was charged the regular price $5 for each 10/19/ 7 pm Ordered same thing the day b4 no problem!
went to this location recently and my experience was horrible. employees were there did not greet me. the manager looked at me then walked to the back, waited at the register for about 5 to 8 min then left, very disappointing...

Worst Arby's staff around. Things at this Arby's have gone down hill majorly. The staff is rude and have zero customer service skills. The manager ought to be replaced and the staff needs to be trained how to interact with customers. This place is pathetic. I will never return. 25+ year long customer lost.

Hamburgers, not anything like the picture showed. Mine looked like it was sat on at some time of the day. Krinkle fries excellent. Strawberry shake was like milk. Good taste, no texture. Stick to the roast beast.
Exploring my options online for a quick bite to eat and saw that Arby's had limited price deals ; $2 for a 4 piece mozz sticks (even though 6-piece was still like $5.69, but w.e.), and $3 for a cheddar roast beef sandwich, $1 for curly fries and $1 drinks. These deals are only offered online just so everyone knows. So I ended up getting 1 sandwich, a drink, and 3x 4-piece mozz sticks. Pull up to the drive thru 5 mins later and order was ready. Asked for marinara and OFC they say they out, the one thing I was looking forward too; Kinda made me wish I didn't get any mozz sticks at all. Sandwich was ok and drink was overfilled with ice per usual.

Worst service...went inside to avoid the long drive thru line. The worker who took my order was as blah as could be. He made it seem like it was painful for him to even be working (and probably pulling in $15/hr). No personality, no spunk, definitely not customer oriented (met the manager later and understood, why, she was just as friendly as he...no personality either). Then it was a long time before my to go order was ready. If you want service, go to any Chick Fil A ...they certainly pick the cream of the crop workers...Arby's isn't so selective. On a positive note...the food was good.

I don't normally eat Arby's but now that Goodburger 2 is coming out, and this place owns the promotional burger, I figured I would try it out! What a mistake!!! Drive-thru is filled with potholes so you're better off staying away before that burger visit results in a new alignment. First warning sign was the fact the lobby and front doors were locked, so needless to say you're forced to go through the drive-thru. I received my order, got home and was completely surprised by the quality food I had received. Not a good burger at all, and nothing like the advertisement ie. no shredded lettuce, just throw together on and bun and honestly for the price paid, quite small. You're better off going to BK and having it your way. Highly disappointed!!!Parking: Potholes for days! Stay away!!!

how are you supposed to order and eat if the doors are locked. and drive rakes way too long when you only have 30 min for lunch.i like arbys but you are not woth the hassle.

I ordered online and got caught in traffic trying to get there. They gave me attitude as my order had been ready for 15 mins. I asked nicely if I could get fresh fries and the girl goes well you ordered 30 mins ago so no. I explained I got stuck in traffic and still no. Just don't go here. Any place that's comfortable giving their customers cold food isn't gonna take care of you the way you deserve. And kudos for no sauce or napkins in the bag either. I'm not gonna be coming back to this franchise ever.
