I ordered pizza here for the family as I always do. Waited 3 hours. Called and they did not answer. Called again and an extremely rude woman answered the phone. I explained that we've been waiting for the order for hours. She stated they only had 3 drivers. I said I would be on my way to pick up and asked her to cancel the delivery. She hung up. I called back. No answer. Called back and a man answered. I explained the situation. He stated he understood. I got to the store and the woman that hung up on me was rude and attempted to get a reaction out of me. I did not engage with the woman. I asked for the store owners business card and contact information. I was given a blank card. Sending this to domino's HQ. Expect updates until I speak with the store owner.

This my 2nd time using this dominos, newton rd location is trash. Why am I waiting 90 minutes plus for 1 pizza. All the way down to delivery, I do not recommend.

I frequent this Domino for delivery. My pie is always fresh. Orders have never been wrong AND EVERYTHING is delivered timely. This Domino's is killing it on delivery. I've never been inside. But I order here once a week. Great service every time.

Ordered pizzas online on Friday night. Wife picked up order and one of the 4 items were wrong. Called location to have to explain issue and they put me on hold. I stayed on the phone for the 12 minute drive and no one picked up. Waited my turn and cashier wanted to argue with me over order and manager never stepped up to resolve issue. Finally realized that other person got my order and vice versa. Staff was rude, manager was more concerned about cutting pizzas, store is usually good but totally out of control and not service oriented.

I ordered a pizza and it said that it was 4 minutes away on the app. I went to look back on the app and it said that my ordered was cancelled. I proceed to call the store who tried to tell me that I had put the wrong phone number in. Not realizing the order gets send my email with shows the correct number. So a manager came on the phone and was completely rude so I asked for a refund. He then proceeded to then hang up on me. The worst customer service I have had in a while.

Closest Domino's store in my area for delivery, so I'm kind of at their mercy for delivery. Don't have anything bad to say about their delivery drivers, but the store itself seems to run itself at the most inefficient way they can. To compare with other stores, most are prepped, baked, and delivered within 45 minutes or less. This store is constantly lagging behind order preparation, and can take an hour or more to start baking their food. Been in this area for a about 9 months and I order from them on a monthly basis, results are usually the same. My guess is the management here either has constant staffing issues or they just don't really care about the job; I'm hoping its the former.
