Ordered a pizza, was burnt as ever. Had to carry it back because it was my mom and dad's dinner. No sorry was given, nor did they give like wings or breadsticks for the inconvenience of me have to come back. Won't be ordering from that location for a while. Check your pizza before you leave is my advice. Customer service was not good. No thank you, come again, just sorry.

I ordered a pizza through their app and because of some error either from their app or my own the order was made for pick up and not delivery. I called to ask if there was anything I can do since I can't pick it up but the person on the phone kept telling me that they have nothing to do with it and that I have to contact doordash even though I didn't order it through doordash. He then told me to just call at 4 when the manager was there and hung up the phone on me with out giving me a chance to at least reply. Never again ordering from them.

I just wanted to say ...I went into the College Square location for the lunch special today...and when I paid for my food it automatically gave someone a $1.34 tip without my doing so.....I saw the screen to leave a tip but I didn't push any buttons I just tapped to pay and I wondered WHY the price was different from what I was told....so be careful and make sure to hit NO TIP on the screen or you'll be charged for one anyway.......I do believe in tipping if I'm at a dine in restaurant and not getting it to go....

Just got off the phone with a female employee and let me start off. Her tone was rude as if she didn’t want to be at work any questions I had she sounded very bothered and irritated. so instead of ordering over the phone I asked for the address and now I’m contemplating or should I go up there and order my food in person plus I want to see if the girl keeps the same energy she had over the phone. Tbh

I just went to the store on 6517 College Park Square and it has the most unprofessional attendants ever. I arrive at the store at 8:15- 8:20pm entered the code to get the door dash order out the oven. For some reason, the oven jammed and won’t open. I called out to the attendant in the back and said “excuse me. I need the oven open, it’s jammed. He looked at me and laughed and asked me “what did you say” and I replied “I need the oven door open to get the order. He then asked me again what I said and began laughing with his coworker. The fourth time he asked me “what I said” I replied “do I look like a joke? He looked at me, laughed and walked back to the back of the store without opening the door. Some seconds after the cashier walked in the store from smoking a cigarette and I said to her “I asked that fool to open the oven door because it is stuck and she replies in a hostile manner “THERES NO REASON TO BE RUDE” I responded well I have been asking the guy at the back for the longest while to open the oven and he refuse too. He’s the one being rude. She began yelling “I SAID YOU DONT NEED TO BE RUDE” which I responded this ain’t even my order, y’all deal with doordash about it. This is the first time I have experienced this sort of customer service in a store where ALL THE STORE ATTENDANTS ARE RUDE! I ask you to look at the video footage from this store so you can see I am not lying. They all need to be FIRED because ain’t no way they could be running a store with zero customer service training. Totally atrocious and unacceptable. I’ll be sure to get the word out about this situation

Didn't order on their app. Bad mistake. When you walk in and pickup they gave us pizzas that were overcooked and dried out for a while. We've always been very pleased when ordered ahead of time on the app.

The pizza portal hasn't worked the past 3 times I've been here, and no one is available to help you. So you type your number in the portal, and the door never opens. So after waiting I open the door and get my pizza cause there is no one to help you. Then she came out to yell at you for opening the door , and I then responded, "Either fix it, put a sign on it or be available to help." The whole point of having the thing is for convenience.
