I gave it a 3 bc I just went last night an it smelled very bad when you walk in the restaurant like spoiled milk once I was seated the stench went away thank god. But food was good

Came to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was a little more crowded than expected for a mid day. The food was good. Could been a bit hotter. Our waitress, Mary Anne, was good. She checked to ensure we were good and didn't take long to get our orders once we were seated.

I haven’t been to an Olive Garden since 2008. During that time, the breadsticks were desirable and you did want all you could eat. Today, I was not pleased with these overly buttered thick pieces of bread. I could eat maybe 1 1/2 but no thanks on extras. I ordered the Tour of Italy and let’s just say, if this is what Italy has to offer, I’ll stay home. The chicken Parmesan was over cooked-I had to put my muscle into cutting through it. The cheese on the Parmesan was overly cooked as well-like overcooked grilled cheese. The Alfredo was good but how can you really mess that up. I didn’t try the lasagna, but I’m sure it will be overdone like the chicken Parmesan. I definitely wouldn’t return. I wanted to like it because the waitress, Mikayla, was excellent. This was my 14 year anniversary dinner and I’m just disappointed.

Food was great, atmosphere was calm, quiet and cozy.Everything was good until we were sat in the bar section and the server/bartender a shorter older blonde lady, started throwing a fit and cussing up a storm because we were sat in her section.She made it very clear in her fit that she was sick of customers, and was sick of olive garden and all the b******* . Was very rude taking out orders, messed our drinks and orders up twice. Was extremely rude when we told her it was wrong. Then went back over to the register and continued throwing a fit cussing up a storm.I'm sure the other waitresses are not as rude as this one, but she set the time for the entire visit and I doubt I will be returning to this location.

Every aspect of our 13 party birthday dinner left nothing to be desired. The atmosphere, the service, and the food were top notch. One of the attendees commented that the lasagna was the best they'd had in
Felicia was amazing! I asked for a salad without dressing, so I wouldn't have to worry about the ingredients and could use my own. I also asked for a side of grilled chicken to add protein without getting a full meal as I don't eat pasta. ? She didn't make it awkward or uncomfortable. She was working 3 large groups at once and did an awesome job at keeping her cool. There were others who helped to make it a wonderful day with our group of 28 ladies, but I don't remember anyone else's names. They have a great team there!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for special requests.
