I went to a friend's house with my kids to visit and have dinner. We ordered pizza hut online, to be ready in 20-25 minutes. I got there (with my two year old) 20 minutes in, to see my name on the screen as an 18 minute wait. I had placed an online order on Oct 9th around 10pm. I had selected the $10.99 dinner box and a few dipping sauces. While receiving my pizza box I sensed mischievous body language from the delivery driver, which I also tipped. I go inside seeing I had an extra marinara sauce and a bleu cheese dipping sauce which I did not order. I then realize my icening dip was not given inside the pizza box. God forbid the manager makes your pizza. She agrued on the phone with me saying she made the pizza herself & there was no way she forget any toppings. Took it back into her & she said she couldn't refund me because a bite had been taken out of one slice & another slice had been picked apart to show her there was no sausage on it.
