Foods ok but this one feels more like a cafeteria than a hamburger joint. Loaded with Kiosk, felt like I worked for shakeshack placing order. Saves them money but food isn't any cheaper. The kicker is the Kiosk has a tip tab, yeah ok...they should tip me..

Food was awesome definitely going back. The burger I ordered I got in a lettuce wrap. Very delicious and happy they offered that option. I just wish they had more kid friendly meal options here, but overall great place.

What a great customer experience? Every worker was working with a smile. The manager was great and the staff was very pleasurable. I was on vacation and tried the veggie shack burger.Vegetarian options: Veggie shack burgers was great.

The place was great, we ordered a lot of food and it came super fast. The burgers are awesome too.
Food is great but ridiculously expensive. I rarely go because of the prices. Last time we went, I ate inside. I wish I hadn't because I witnessed a worker go out to deliver a curbside order with their gloves on, they came back inside and straight back to the the food area without changing the gloves they had on. They touched the doors, etc. And then came back in and straight to the kitchen to continue working. We did not get sick, the service was great, and the food was good, but I'd love to see (even when no one is looking) outstanding workplace sanitation.

Pretty good burger spot. It's definitely a step up from your usual burger places. The fries however were very thin and not very memorable. For 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 shacks it was $40.
