Just had the most watered down white mocha cappuccino ever from Starbucks!!! This has been my go to drink for years and it was absolutely the worst I've ever had.. not to mention the girl at the window who didn't hear our order right tell another co worker that she was annoyed... so over all bad coffee and horrible service...

Ordered a mango dragonfruit freeze, I waited so long to get my drink that when I got it, the drink had melted. Then it took another 8 minutes to get the cake pop that I ordered. The staff prioritized restocking coffee beans, pastries and other stuff than getting orders out in a timely manner.

everything is great in there from the service to the drink, they weren’t stingy on ingredients for drink or anything they made my day yesterday around 4-5pm. everyone in there was great I am most definitely driving from norfolk to Va Beach just for that service all the time!
