The employees did not even say, Hello. The person at the counter refused to take my order, demanding that I use the electronic ordering instead. Then why do you have a POS system on the counter? Why not force persons to order online at the drive-through also? The food was mediocre.

Our order was missing like 4 things. We were given them after we let them know what was missing. They also handed us food that was not ours but no one had picked up. So we were given a bag of random food. Thats a nice gesture but for food allergy purposes is not smart. We took food home and ate the stuff we ordered and then ended up sick. People are super nice inside never any attitude given to us. We only continue to go because it's closes to our home when we don't want to cook. But if we keep getting sick we are going to have to stop.

PROCE GOUGING. Put your order in through the app and compare prices at this store to others (like the one in Town Center / Va Beach Blvd) -- it's a 20% difference. My order was $16.37 at the Town Center location but $19.68 at this location -- the difference being about the price of a a full gallon of line. If that extra is being used to compensate or provide benefits for the employees, fine, I'll change my review. But if it's just to line the owner's pockets, I'll never go here again.

went for breakfast and was hesitant due prior issues with service at this location. I wanted to try the sausage quesadilla, so I ordered via the app and when I arrived, the food was made fresh. The team member came to my car with the food. he was courteous and greeted me. the sausage quesadilla was awesome it was hot the cheese blend was amazing, coupled with the scrambled eggs it was absolutely perfect.
Rating this based on Taco Bell experiences not based on flavor. It’s Taco Bell we all know what we are getting. The food in the order at this location always comes out correctly and hot. Employees have always been polite even when making large orders for my family or work companions when we do fly-buys. Compared to most Taco Bell’s I’ve been to this one is spot on across the board with customer service, speedy ordering, and order correctness.
The Best Taco Bell. Everyone is very kind and polite to customers and each other. We always have a good experience in store or in the drive through. The only issue is the drink machine always seems out of syrup. I drink unsweet tea but family members always comment on the soda fountain mix being off.
Normally this place is friendly and the people are great, but tonight the experience from 1 person was the complete opposite. He was very rude at the intercom an the window and while picking up my door dash chose to have the snide remark of "so sorry your job is so inconvenient" after trying to explain to him that I couldn't see the 2nd name until I confirmed the 1st order was picked up. He then slammed the window in my face after I asked for his name.
