Solitary

One of the worst locations that I've had the displeasure of dining at. Potatoes are always rock-hard and stale to the point where trying to bite into them is likely to send you to a dentist. They put on the bare minimum of sauce to make you pay a couple dollars extra to add more cheese and sour cream. The atmosphere is atrocious, where if they're not blasting inappropriate music then they're mouthing off constantly or just looking like they could care less about their job. Good luck getting a genuine smile out of these folks. Taco Bell needs a complete overhaul in how they hire their workers because this is shoddy and ill-managed.

One star is too high of a rating for this Taco Bell. This one makes every other Taco Bell seem like a 5 star restaurant. You're better off ordering at random because all you'll get is random stuff you didn't order anyway.

Don’t waste your time eating here. Staff very rude and acted like it was a problem we were ordering food. And then told the other coworker to give the little white girl her food. Very unprofessional place should not be even open. Poor management and oversight.

Don’t bother with this please. We were attempting to order at the drive thru and my little sister was attempting to have us relay a complicated order, so my husband asked if he could just roll down the back window so she could order and the man just said “no”. So then we just trying to get by and repeat what she wanted since we apparently weren’t allowed, when all of a sudden in the middle of my husband ordering a woman cut him off and rudely said “you can come in and order at the kiosk if that’s going to be easier for you” after we had already ordered almost everything. This happened on 1/17/23 at 6 pm.

Would give zero stars if I could.Items missing from my orders, store never answers phone, mobile app uses DoorDash and it is impossible to get a refund for missing items.Staff at the restaurant is slow, inconsiderate, and made me wait 30+ minutes in their parking lot to bring me my order after it never got delivered when I went through the mobile app.Insanity.
