Me and my son came in the dining room, ordered food from the Kiosk. Food was great, probably the best I have had from Taco Bell. Went to make my driink and the soda was flat, went to counter to see if they could make it in the back. I waited at the counter until someone greeted me, the gentlemen who greeted me was helping another guest but asked me what I needed. I told him the soda tasted weird, I work in fast food my self, trying to help them I mentioned it tasted flat. He got irritated and said someone will help you in a moment and shook his head. Another gentlemen working I believe drive thru was AWESOME and helped me no questions asked. After eating i wanted a refill and I waited by the counter again, this time a lady spoke with me and got an attitude because i asked for a refill. She didnt know it wasnt working and said why cant I use the one in the dining room.Long story short, 3/4 of the employees working here do not want to interact with customers, when they do they act like its the biggest inconvenience for them.Thank you to the 1 employee who was working and going above and beyond. To the other you made the atmosphere very uninviting and I didnt feel welcome at all. Its a shame that the customer service is lacking because the food was great.

Service is often slow, my orders are wrong or missing items a lot of the time. the kiosks have stopped working a couple times and one of the employees is kind of combative, I went and bought something at the kiosk and when I got back to my table she insisted I hadn't paid for my single item when I clearly had.

Was a bit of a hiccup for this location as they were short staffed. It happens. The manager was ever more than thankful to help me with my order even if doors had to be locked. Was very accommodating. So sad this location is always so overwhelmed and worked but I get it... I'm sorry but thank you all! I wish I'd gotten managers name!

This Taco Bell has been the worst fast food place for half a year now. Very very very slow service no matter what time of day/night. You will waste your whole day/night waiting for your food and it won’t even be right. This is not just a happened once or twice situation, it happens every time and with everyone that goes to this Taco Bell. Go to another Taco Bell.. don’t say you weren’t warned…

Usually drive thru or delivery. Drive thru can be slower. Typically order is correct but sometimes soggy.Enjoy the breakfast and regular menu as well as the seasonal rotation.
They kept people back at the speaker in the drive-thru and took 1 order at a time and didn't take the next order until they were 100% complete with the last customer. Also I asked for my burrito to be grilled and it wasn't grilled. Not the first time though. The Crunchwrap Supreme was basically a vegetarian with no meat or beans.
While I normally am okay with Taco Bell, the gentleman at the drive-through window talking at length about how many times he's vomited while on shift soured the experience. He disappeared at one point, came back and updated us that his 6 vomits per shift was now 7. I threw the food out the moment we got home. Scared we would get Ill. We ordered pizza elsewhere, somewhere we do not hear about food handler vomiting during their shift, "not allowed" to leave.

The front door says open at 6:30, google says open at 6:30. I showed up at 6:50 and didn't get an answer, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited till 7 which is when every other taco bell around opens to see if they'll open. Not a damn soul is in this building. I hope the manager who is supposed to open today is not the store owner or the GM, because if this is the example you lead by then your store is going to continue to crumble.

Speed of service is typically not a problem here and usually customer service is par for the course, presentation and order accuracy however…I worked for Taco Bell a little over 20 years ago in different states. Since moving here I have noticed that the presentation of items is greatly reduced. Items usually have their filling squished out of the shell and all over the wrapper and/or missing ingredients especially when “extra” is ordered and paid for. It’s come to a point where I have to stop in the lot before pulling away to check for accuracy every time now when I don’t do this at other restaurants and really shouldn’t have to.
