It was ok very affordable ..... this location doesn't deliever to me but the one that does always messes up my order so i prefer from this one and pick it up the service and quality are always spot
The pizza was just raw dough, and no care. all that money for nasty dough pizza that was inedible! Also, when you spend the EXTRA money for EXTRA cheese, you expect it! I've tried to give you all another chance after several let downs, and still, trash! the dough wasn't cut, to doughy for your employees to even cut it?! The top of the crust wasn't near cooked to par! People there need to either start doing the job they're paid for, or quit and hire vets or the like that NEED money, clearly these people want yo be fired to collect unemployment! Too many times! I'm not even asking for that $30+ for ONE pizza, just know, you all NEED to improve. Nastiest pizza I ever had, and will probably make me never order a pizza from Any Pizza Hut ever again!

My pizza was absolutely delicious. I thought it was going to be the old school eat in Pizza Hut but it's not. However, you can eat your pizza then sit in and eat your pizza.

We came for the dining in experience. It is definitely not the same since PRE COVID. The FOOD was still good. Cooked perfectly to our taste. The disappointed was in the dining. The place was dark and dirty. The floors and carpet were sticky. Drinks were only in bottles and not a fountain drink. Our food was served to us as if it were take out. Although the employee was very professional in serving us, we still got the feeling they didnt want us to eat in. No worries Pizza Hut on Kempsville, we won't eat in there anymore. Your goal was accomplished.
