Wow!
We came here on a whim - my son picked it out.
I got a caesar salad along with the lamb lollipops with bourbon glaze. My daughter got the margherita pizza and my son got the cheese pizza.
Everything was absolutely excellent. My salad was fresh, the salad was perfectly dressed and the shaved parm was delicious.
The lamb lollipops were fantastic. They looked gorgeous and cooked perfectly.
My kids also loved their pizzas - in fact my son who is a pizza "connoisseur" said it was one of the best pizzas he has ever had.
The service was friendly and quick.
We will definitely be back here the next time we are in Winchester.
I will try to upload some pictures.

Nice brewpub in the historic walking mall in Winchester, located above Roma restaurant. Had Gen 2 IPA and Pizza Bier which is an amber ale. Both were excellent! IPA was nicely balanced, hoppy start, relatively malty finish. The beers were better than the Greek salads we had, one with gyro, the other with falafel. They were just meh. Falafel balls were barely an inch in diameter, not enough flavor, gyro meat was also on the bland side and a bit dry. The pizzas we saw heading to another table looked fantastic. Will go for those next time.

Any place that brews a Belgian triple on their menu is probably going to be a good option.

Delicious everything! We tired Crab dip, falafel, flaming cheese, and the honey Sriracha chicken pizza. I will go again. I am fat and happy. The price with 4 beers was half the price as yesterday's restaurant, Better food too. William was a great waiter despite being very busy. Great experience.

Stopped in while visiting a friend in the area. Sat at the bar & tried a flight (amber, marzen, altbier). All three were solid, with the marzen & alt being outstanding. A pleasant surprise - a nice gem!The place could use a few more tables, though. Tough to sit when it's a popular time!

In town for an overnight and decided to try Alesatian. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Neill and Brian took great care of us as we sampled every beer on tap. We had delicious food from Roma downstairs. The beers were excellent, with us spending the evening hanging out and talking in the comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be back, and would highly recommend Alesatian for craft beer and artisan food.

Very cool place located in the "old town" of Winchester, on a pedestrian street. Some games are available such as a type of "pishnot" and a giant connect 4.

They also serve food. We were craving salad, we were satisfied with the Caesar! Portion large enough for 2 people (the large one). They put real big chunks of parmesan in it. FULL!

I ordered the sour beer. Sensitive hearts refrain. It is ultra safe. My sister ordered a lager which seemed to be more of an amber and the seltzer was very sweet.

The server was super nice. He was waving to us to see if everything was fine for us (sitting at the bar).

Alesatian is inside and upstairs of Roma old town wood fired pizzeria and was a fantastic experience. The staff was accommodating with children and was ready to let us put an order in immediately for them. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was fantastic and 7 of us loved their food. My picky wife stated the wood fired wings were the best she has ever had. The beer was great and paired well with all the food. My kids even gave one of the gentlemen a nickname of beer ninja for how he was able to always be able to be around even with a busy restaurant and half full bar. I would highly recommend this place for food and bar even with kids. Thanks guys from your Vermont fanbase.

Open at 4 on a Friday. ? Must be fun to hate money.

The brewery wasn’t nearly as crowded as the pizzeria below on a Saturday night. We had great service and a full menu to choose from. I recommend the Greek specialties - saganaki appetizer and gyro sandwich were both really good! We also had 4 small beers in a flight.

I came to here a while ago and needed to make sure I left a review! We were walking down Old town Winchester and were so hungry. We chanced upon this brewery right before we had another destination in mind. So glad we stopped here first. The pizzas are something to salivate over. at he ingredients are fresh and my favorite are the fresh cheese. The mozzarella are balled all over every pizza and it melted perfectly over the pizza. My favorite dish was the Greek Pizza. Fresh basil and tomatoes, with a very robust pizza sauce. I like my crust a little burnt and I had requested it and they didn’t disappoint! If you’re wanting an appetizer, it is a must you get the crab dip. They come with bread, toasted just right for a dipper into the crab. They have an assortment of beer, i mostly drink dark-stout beer. Their stout was a little heavy for me, so I didn’t need a refill. It paired perfectly with our meal.We went in the right time before dinner rush so we had a place to sit and enjoy our meal before the rush of beer drinkers came in. Pretty cool place, the outside doesn’t not look like it would be a brewery so we passed it the first time walking by. But we were so glad we came back and enjoyed it.
